You can then put what you want in it and they will handle the shipping for you or you can take care of it yourself. Depending upon what you buy items can be a bit pricey. I was blown away by a Pittsburgh painted water bottle. Although it was a slightly higher than what I would pay the detail on it is amazing and it does keep beverages cold for a while once outside the refrigerator.
