She was very patient, very knowledgeable and super helpful in the process. She actually even had a sample of the floor we chose and a white cabinet that we were able to put up against the slabs to make sure it all worked together. The gentleman that came to do our template was so friendly and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and answer any of our questions. We were able to go back to Choice Granite and select what sections of the slab would be used and where. You could tell the pride they took in their work and were so dedicated to getting it just right. The install day came and the install team was fantastic. They were efficient, professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly. The finished product is awesome! You can tell just how much time they put into make sure everything was perfect. The backsplash lines up perfectly with the design on the actual counter etc. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'm so thankful that our contractor took us there!

The template guy was thorough and accurate. Fabrication was completed on the day they promised and the install team was punctual. They took care not to damage any of the rest of the house during the install process. Worth noting that due to an error on my part, they had to make a second trip to install a part of the countertop. Pricing was reasonable given the scope of work we requested, which included substantial hand-prep for the hearths (curved to fit the fireplace). The install techs are pretty quiet, but I'm paying them to install countertops, not to talk my ear off. They were certainly professional and the install was perfect (incl a seam that was flawless). I can't speak to the old reviews here, but I had numerous interactions with the office staff, the install manager, and the team- everyone was professional and courteous. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and the price I was quoted.

We didn't even have to remove our curtains. While hanging, they rolled them up and placed them in bags. They arrived on time, prepped, sanded, vacuumed and put one coat of stain on. They returned the next morning for less than an hour, to put the second coat on. The fumes were very minimal, (and would have been even less or none if we'd used the water based stain.) Both men were very polite and professional, and Carlos mentioned if we had any issues to let him know. We couldn't be more pleased with both the work and the price! Also, the owner was very professional and helpful in setting up the service.

As a result my floor has so many scratches. I asked them repeatedly to please come just look at my floor.  They ignored me and would not come.  I even said if you will not fix this or come see the floor that I will write a negative review and they still didn't care. If you read their ad about how they do such a top rate job and always put the customer first, it's a lie. I also asked them  to use a satin finish because everyone I talked said if you have pets and a high traffic floor you need at least 3 coats of a satin finish. They told me no I do not need a satin  finish because they are going to put 3 coats of a very low gloss  on and my floor will be very protected.  This was so not true I have hundreds of scratches and it keeps on scratching a month later.   Please do not use this company to refinish your flooring.  They are very dishonest. I talked to Carlos and sent a lot of messages and he clearly read them because they are marked as read. All Carlos focused on was that I was claiming they did not put three coats on. I told him that Im not saying they did not do three coats.  My complaint is  the way they applied the coats that caused them to weaken the protection.  Even if you paint a room you don't apply a second coat before the first coat can dry.  Are these guys professional? They should know this. If you  make a mistake you should do the right thing and fix it.  Very un happy with GMP hardwood flooring.   By the way I have never posted a review ever.  I'm just so frustrated that they won't even work with me on this.
