I was so impressed with Ron and company. He arrived right on time at 8:30 and went straight to work, finished when he said he would. He had help and you hardly knew they were in the house. When I had questions, Ron stopped what he was doing and took the time to answer. All the carpeting/ furniture/toilet was protected with drop cloths from the work that was being done as well as the equipment in the hallway. Ron stripped down the tub and applied a beautiful new coat of white paint. I don't think it looked that good when we bought the house back in 1980! He did a great clean up job, gave me all the instructions to care for my new tub. Wish I could brag about his help... but I didn't get his name. TOTAL 5 STAR! Ron did a great job on my ugly pink tub that had once before been refinished and was peeling off. The tub was from 1935. We use the home as a second home and Ron was able to get our job done while we were back at the house for a few days in October. He is punctual and very good at communicating with the customer. We did not use the tub until we came back in December so it had a nice long cure time on the refinish. Held up to at least 3-4 showers and a few baths. When I was wiping it out , I notice what looked to be a a thin line on the finish. Sent Ron a message and he was out to check it quickly. Turns out it was a little hair that had gotten trapped in the paint. He fixed it quickly and without any fuss. I highly recommend Ron. We recently had our bathtub refinished by Ron at Re-Surface Pro, and we couldn't be more impressed. We had a nasty old bathtub that needed refinished badly.
