He even asked the manufacturer if they were able to be a little customization as the cabinets I needed weren't standard depth and I like a cabinet door in a color they didn't offer. The pricing was really good, and I would recommend for anyone replacing their cabinets or installing new ones. The only reason I chose a different company, is because my space really needed a custom job. I plan on moving in a couple of years and suspect we will be replacing the cabinets. Connor will be my first call!

We have a home Choice Cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

I asked about the hinge first and the associate was not having it, and said to go on google and find it they don't order hinges for other cabinets. I asked if she knew of a company that could help as I've already been through Home Depot and Lowe's and she informed me that they can't help. They don't order hinges for items purchased online. A custom cabinet company can't help me order a hinge ... So you guessed it: Not going to order my coffee bar cabinet from these people. If I wanted to be treated poorly from a sales associate/company I'll just go to Home Depot and pay less. Why buy small and local? I do not recommend this business, bad first impression for sure.
