He said there was a foundation leak but he already said there was a leak coming from the pipe going into my pump. He forgot he told me that. Then my pool start looking like hell before I fired him in June. Did a water test and long story short, after about a month of work and having to drain my pool, the current water tests are finally within range. He won't show up some weeks, and when he does show up, he'll only be there for 15 minutes. He doesn't try to fix anything and is awful at communicating. IF YOU DO HIRE HIM, MAKE HIM SHOW YOU A REPORT ON THE WATER TESTS TO KEEP HIM HONEST.

The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced.
