We have been with All American Pool for many years. In the beginning my husband did the maintenance and All American did the chemicals. Having a pool is definitely an adventure and a challenge. I bought a house in Lemoore & had to call All American Pool to empty the pool. Chandra the manager & service was great. Since I didn't know anyone in that area I made the mistake of asking Chandra about a pool cover and fence. She referred me to A Safe Pool Enclosures out of Bakersfield. That company charged me $3,000 more than I should have paid. I hope All American Pool doesn't refer anyone else to that company for pool cover or fence because it makes them look bad, especially if the customer thinks the two companies are affiliated. read more

First of all, I am an informed customer. I need details on any service I pay for and one can say I can be a bit difficult. I have had bad experiences in the past and I have developed a buyer's beware attitude. That said, All American Pool Company has been great to work with. They have been patient with my questions and have gone out of their way to make me feel at ease. I contracted them to drain, clean, shock wash, and clean my filter. Along the way, they have answered any doubts and concerns I have. I do think, they can communicate their process and steps a bit better, but they will answer any questions a customer has, and again, I had many. What I found remarkable about this company is that the owner, Lee, is hands-on. He visited me personally and later spoke to me on the phone and assured me of the end result, a clean, sparkling pool. I confess, I am not an easy customer to please, but All American Pools has been a positive experience, especially dealing directly with Lee. I do plan on contracting them for any future services if needed. I may still ask tons of questions, but I feel confident in their customer service. I highly recommend them. read more

Dangerous, incompetent, unprofessional, unethical: costed me $2900 to fix what they messed up. I hired them to clean and maintain the pool in the house I was renting out. They started with emptying and refilling the pool, changing filters, bulbs, everything they could think of. I agreed. Once the pool was up and running, I hired them to do the weekly maintenance. Then they would come out once a week and dump chemicals in the water. They never cleaned the pool physically from the debris. The tenants kept complaining, I kept calling, All American Pool would then invent another problem and another "treatment", meaning more chemicals for more $$$ they wanted to dump in the water. They would complain about pool being previously poorly cleaned: they were the ones that cleaned it! After 2.5 months tenants started threatening to sue me: the pool was dangerous to use from all the chemicals. All American Pool damaged the brand new filter they installed 3 months earlier, beyond repair and wanted to replace it without taking any responsibility for the damage. They run the pump with low water level, destroyed the pump. They destroyed the lights and the electrical. They kept blaming previous care of the pool, although they were the ones who serviced everything and put everything new at the beginning of service. Woman on the phone was highly unprofessional and it was very unpleasant talking to her, putting it mildly: she kept calling me "my friend", when I was asking about something she would repeat what I said doing, I suppose my voice, as if she was making fun of me. I usually write only good reviews. However, I felt obliged to write this one because I do believe, as I said at the beginning, that All American Pool is DANGEROUS, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. read more

Poor service, the Owner either is blind to the lies of his servicemen or is lying himself. OR BOTH. On a visit to my moms her pool pump seemed to not be moving water, I checked the internal basket on the pump and found it packed full, emptied that and then still no pressure, forced water thru the system and then emptied another near full basket, Then STILL no water flow disconnected a fitting and pulled out more leaves ( btw, no significant leave falls for at least 4 months). Owner came to see, we explained and he basically blamed it on my 80 yr old mother not replacing the skimmer basket correctly, because evidently his tech would have checked if things weren't working right. So I guess the 80 yr old who has lived and cared for the pool for 40 yrs is to blame. The owners solution to quit service so we can find someone we are happy with and to bill us for all services to date......... Sorry Lee Williams, you should be reimbursing my mom for the 4 plus months of electricity used to run a clogged pump! read more

Very disappointing experience with tile cleaning, buyer beware. I walked into this storefront to inquire about tile cleaning. I was met with outstanding assistance and coordination within the store. They set up a technician to give a free estimate and visit my home. They arrived days later, provided the estimate, answered all my questions and made my feel confident in their process and abilities. That was the last positive interaction I had with All American. The day came for the actual tile cleaning. A contractor showed up, someone I had never seen and was obviously an outsourced contractor. He spent minutes only at my home, before approaching us stating "I cannot clean your tile, it has too much buildup and you won't be happy with the results". With no exaggeration, he refused to complete the job. The technician who performed the estimate, was clearly asked his confidence level in the ability to clear the calcium buildup in which he had zero concern. There is a large gap here, where two parties are not on the same page at all. This company needs to focus on alignment, and then focus on customer service. This was an extremely frustrating situation, as like many others, we adjusted our work schedules to accommodate this appointment. I won't make the mistake of using this company again. After setting up two appointments, one for the estimate, and one for the actual cleaning, I am back to square one with nothing but wasted time and zero progress. Only giving 2-stars as the Staff within the store is very friendly, but it is apparent that there is a significant quality/customer service gap between them and their 3rd party contractors. read more

Service technicians didn't know what they were doing. The chemical Imbalance created by the technicians not being properly trained created my plaster to bubble. I had to replaster the entire pool after just having it done 2 years prior. Owner wouldn't return my numerous phone calls. They took no responsibility even though I had full service and they were the only one taking care of the pool. read more

This place is seriously amazing. We called for a drain and refill and they were out immediately to quote us. They are always fast and efficient in getting to you on time. Everyone here is extremely personable and friendly. They came out many times after adding the startup chemicals to check the levels and ensure our water was perfect. They go over and beyond any pool service I've ever dealt with! Would give 10 stars if I could. read more

I have used All American Pool Company for my pool services for over 5 years. The staffers have always been polite and professional when I had any dealings with them. My pool was perfect year around and if there were any issues they communicated the problem immediately and efficiently rectified the problem. Very poor customer service! I initially called this store few days ago to schedule to have my pool tile restored, since they advertise that they do pool tile restoration. Ryan is the person I spoke to and he said that he will contact his pool technician to schedule me for an appointment and that he would call me back in the afternoon. I waited for couple of days and I did not receive any calls from Ryan. I called again on the third day, again spoke to Ryan. Same song, he promised to call me back in the afternoon to schedule the appointment. I waited for another two days, no calls from Ryan. I called again today, and spoke to Ryan. He was ready to sing the same song again to call me back this afternoon....... I told him enough of the old song. I will call another reliable company. When you promised somebody to call them back, you need to call them back. A courtesy call goes a long way, just to let them know that you are still working on getting the scheduling. read more

We had an evening backyard event coming up soon, very soon; Within 10 days of the event we discovered that our pool light was out. As a precaution I replaced all of the GFI connections but asked my regular serviceman if he would change what I thought was simply a burned out bulb. Alas, after struggling with the bulb replacement my, (exceptionally good) serviceman informed me that the problem was not the bulb. He recommended All American to replace the light fixture. Timing couldn't be worse, with only 5 days until the event All American came out, confirmed the size of the fixture, ordered and installed an upgraded LED light. All through this process their communication was top notch, their prices reasonable and their staff respectful. It's not always easy to serve the public with a service oriented company, this I know but All American scored high marks with me. read more

Seriously happy customer. We needed some pool and Spa repairs and our Homeowners Warranty sent out another local company. A pool repair guy came out like a month after I put in the request and said they would get back to us. I called the pool company and our Warranty company called them for literally months. I left messages at least 3 times a week. All very nice and patient messages. This all started Sept. 2020. Finally I screamed enough at the Warranty company and they changed the Pool company to All American. That was late January 2021. With in a week we had a extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional young man named Alex at our house. He of course diagnosed the problems and said he would report this to the Warranty company. With in one week I had a call (tonight) from their office and we have the repairs scheduled in 3 days. No big song and dance absolutely no issues. I may have sounded a little giddy on the phone when the office called to set up my Friday appointment, but honestly I was so surprised to hear back from them so quickly. You can bet I will be contacting our Warranty company and telling them to FIRE the other company (Who will remain nameless) and contract ONLY All American Pools. We lost some pool time when this all began and spa time, but I feel so confident we will be using our spa soon and swimming as soon as possible. All American has serviced my pool and hot tub since 2007. Since 2009 i have lived elsewhere but maintained their service while my tenants are there. I have never had any issue. There customer service in my case has been impeccable and i find their rates very fair. They are always prompt to communicate issues. All in all I have been very happy and would recommend their service to others. read more

I have had a pool for as long as I can remember and my only regret is not hiring all American pool company sooner. I just recently fired someone from Altra pools after giving him chance after chance (and discussing my concerns with the owner) for NINE months!!! I have pictures and video of the service, to which they would come and do a full service in literally 3 minutes. My pool was left dirty, dingy, cloudy, and dust settled at the bottom. I finally had it and hired all American pool and it was the best decision for my pool. They are reliable and have great work ethic as well as social skills. They had my pool crystal clear in 2 days. Turns out the negligence from the old company cost me $1,200 to repair due to broken equipment that the old company failed to replace. However, all American pool company told me they would give me the best deal and even knocked some funds off... It was worth it in the end because my pool has been crystal clear since!! They're affordable for weekly service and get the job done correctly. read more
