So glad I found Sierra Pool Co! I was having a problem with my iaqualink coming on at random times. Had called their customer service several times and they couldn't resolve the issue. I had an emergency pool situation last week. Desperate to troubleshoot the issue because no one could figure out the problem, I called Sierra Pool Company located in Cypress. Matthew came that same day I called. Though the problem turned out to be the fault of the solar company electricians who replaced my electrical panel, Matthew proved to be very knowledgeable about pools and truly a nice and helpful guy. He helped troubleshoot the issue and stood by to see if the electricians had fried our pool control panel and offered to check around for parts in case the panel needed repair. This was really the greatest service and help we have had on home issues. We have him coming back to service our pool now that it is fixed and will probably eventually have him do electrical pool work as well. I cannot recommend Matthew from Sierra Pool Company enough.
