I had very weird issue going ok with my PS4 PRO. I had an all white display with very small black colors on some text of the menu. I restarted it and did not fix the issue. I unplugged the hdmi and plugged it back in, did not work. I then tried diffrent hdmi cables (3) and none of them work. So then i put my ps4 on safe mode and reset the visual settings, and finally reset my system and it still has the same white/black display. The next day for the heck of it, i conmect it to the TV and it was like normal. I dont know what caused it but its working fine now. Luckily the issue was fixed before bringing it in. I did however spoke to a technician and definetly felt the care for my product from his part. The process that was explained to me on fixing my product was fair and clearly. The ticket system used is a good system for the customer to be able to check on their product. If i ever have a problem with any device i will be definetly giving these people a call. read more

Spectacular customer service. I had asked Michael to assist in installing an additional RING camera to our network. He could have just done the physical install and left it at that but he spent hours (HOURS) troubleshooting our Mesh WIFI system to make sure everything worked optimally and I am sure spent more hours on the phone with other folks trying to figure out what was causing issues with the network. He made an extra trip out just to make sure everything was up and running and answered all of my questions while explained everything in detail. His suggestions for improvement are cost effective and I just really appreciated him taking all of that extra time to ensure everything worked correctly. He also followed up a few days later. Never go to Geek Squad at Best Buy again! My hard drive tanked after dropping my laptop and Michael had it fixed in less than 24 hours and was able to save most of my important documents and pictures. Ok so here's the deal; Michael and William at nerdztoo are officially my new IT guys (you should always have an IT guy in ur contacts list for all things IT. Also, a lawyer. But that's a different review). Very personal experience, no "salesman" personas to deal w at all, and they are super open about sharing any and all information to help u have a better experience with ur devices. They give u email updates on the progress of the fix and call u to keep u in the loop. It's almost like they're treating ur laptop like a pet at the vet and they know ur worried about it. When u pick it up its not only been fixed but it's been cleaned and wrapped. For all intents and purposes, u can make ur old laptop like new for less than $200. I will say this though; do NOT wait until the thing crashes to call these guys. If ur laptop is working at all under ideal performance standards, get these guys on it now and they'll get it and u back on track and I bet, like me, you'll make these guys ur "IT guys" too. read more
