When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. Andy did a wonderful job installing a new patio heater and fan in our outdoor patio. He needed to…read morerun a new 30amp circuit from the breaker panel, through the attic and down into the patio for the heater. It was a tight squeeze in the attic but he managed to run the wire the shortest route, creating the least amount of conduit on the outside of the home. Besides the heater and fan, he installed and programmed the remote on/off switch for the heater, installed a wall-mounted remote switch for the fan and installed a remote switch for our outdoor patio lighting. He managed to do it all in a day and even worked in the dark to paint the new conduit to match the color of the stucco. Everything looks great and works well.
