The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

Doing another web search, I found Urban Lighting and made it down to the store. As nice as the pieces looked online, they even looked better in person. The staff let me know I could browse around at my leisure and to let them know if I had any questions. After looking at a few, I inquired about the pricing and found them a good value. Yeah, some were out of my budget, but I also found some that were in my range and very nice. Mark was extremely helpful in getting my order placed, and his recommendation of using Electric Green to install the light was a great choice. I know I'll be back when I'm redoing some other fixtures around the house, and can't wait to see what really cool items they have to show me. So if you're decorating a dorm room, this probably isn't the place. If you're decorating a home, though, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

We hired him to come back to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in a ceiling that had no outlets/wires. His prices are really so reasonable. He also worked on our landscape lights that had not worked in so many years. The entire job took almost all day and he worked tirelessly. He did leave for a lunch break but came back. He didn't talk himself up and was realistic with expectations, but within a half hour, he found the issue and had the lights on and figured out a repair that wouldn't involve gutting plaster walls and tearing up concrete. He updated various outlets and even repaired a glitchy interior light switch. His years of experience, especially with older homes, is exactly what I was looking for and needed. And very pleasant to work with! We've had him repair some other things since and we've been super happy with the work and the costs are fair.
