So I had a few things I needed to be installed / fixed around my house. I called a hand full of electricians after my last go-to kept pushing me back in his schedule because he was too busy. It was a lot of the same honestly. Everyone is slammed, so it was either a long wait, a crazy price, or both. I am thankful someone recommended Alex and his team to me. I tend to avoid companies with crazy high perfect reviews, because (in my experience) they tend to be more of what I already explained. I promise you Alex is NOT that. After calling Alex, he came out promptly to look at the job, gave me a quote the same day, and had a couple guys out to the house that weekend to knock it out. In all, I had a Ring spotlight, an attic light, a ceiling fan, and a couple sconces installed (all new wiring) as well as some troubleshooting (I attached a few pictures). I had three guys from his team helping me out (I only recall Jesus and Guillermo's names). They were all super professional, did real clean work, and did exactly what I asked of them. I have no problem telling you, because Alex made a point of telling me - Alex IS the cheapest quote you are probably going to find. This certainly was the case in my situation and absolutely did not take away from the quality of the work performed. Bottom line: work was good, get a full scope of work & quote in writing. This work happened about a year ago and i've been avoidant about writing a lukewarm review.My mistake for not being pushier early in the process to get a more thorough scope and quote. I needed a panel upgrade and new line run in order to install a tankless electric water heater. Alex got the work scheduled quickly, but midway through the job I found out the new line being run wasn't included in the quote he initially texted me so the price suddenly doubled. After a lot of back & forth I got an acknowledgment that the initial quote wasn't as clear as it should have been, the work got done, and I paid up the additional amount, but it would have been nice if the communication and price expectations hadn't been spanner in the works.
