I will definitely use Premo Elctric again!

Outstanding Service - Responsive, Reliable, Professional, and the Real Deal…read more I can't say enough good things about Romo and E.R. Electric. We had an unexpected electrical outage at our home from the storm, on a Sunday no less, and Romo was the fastest to respond beyond the other providers. ER Electric absolutely came through for us. From the moment I reached out, the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. Romo showed up, immediately identified the problem, and had everything back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely thoughtful he was throughout the entire experience. No runaround, no unnecessary complications, just someone who clearly knows his craft, takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares about helping people. It's not often you come across a company that delivers this level of service, especially when you need help on short notice and under less-than-ideal circumstances. E.R. Electric absolutely earned my trust and future business. Romo is a class act, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend E.R. Electric to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electrician in San Diego. Five stars all the way. Thank you again, Romo, for coming through in a pinch. Truly appreciated.

He answered all of my questions and e-mailed a detailed, written quote a few minutes later. When I was ready to move forward, they put me on the schedule for the next business day. On the day of the job, Eddie and Ricky arrived on time. When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. Scheduling and payment were easy. I paid by credit card, and they e-mailed a receipt a few minutes later. I would happily work with SRP Electric again.

After getting multiple estimates, Service Pro Electrical's quote came in about $1,200 lower than another contractor we had considered, while still providing outstanding quality and service. Mike, the owner, and his colleague Jeff arrived right on time, were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They completed the job ahead of schedule, thoroughly tested every circuit to make sure everything was working properly, and left the work area clean. Their workmanship and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that the job was done right. We also want to thank Mike for referring us to Tommy for the drywall repair. Tommy's estimate was also lower than another drywall contractor we contacted. He was professional, respectful, did an excellent job repairing the wall, and cleaned up so well that you would never know such a major repair had been done. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Service Pro Electrical for electrical work and truly appreciate Mike's recommendation of Tommy for the drywall repair.
