`I have used Nerd Recycling a few times. This is a small business that does a great job picking up old computers and other items. We gave them computers, monitors, and other things that we had sitting around the building. They took everything and we didn't get charged a penny. I hate dragging things to recycling centers, etc. so it was nice to find a friendly business that picks up everything. This business is highly, highly recommended. I woke up to find my 65" Samsung TV unresponsive. Tried various methods found on google to soft and hard reset, but I wasn't able to get the menu screen. I had to recycle my TV. I had 1 65" TV and 1 24" monitor that were broken and I needed to get rid of. Found nerd recycling as one of the first options when I googled and was able to set up an appointment for pickup very easily on their site. Because I had 2 qualifying items they were able to pick them up for free! I had scheduled the pickup for 4pm on a Friday and they called me ahead of time the day of to let me know they were short staffed and if they could come at a different time. They were able to accommodate my schedule and come at 5pm instead. Arrived right on time and took less than 5 minutes to load up the items. They even took a 3rd unscheduled TV that my housemate wanted to get rid of with no issues. Great service, super easy and reliable. read more
