As a local realtor here in San Diego, I've worked with plenty of junk removal companies, but Edwin…read moreand the crew at 9 Yards Junk Removal are in a league of their own. I recently represented buyers on a "canyon edge" property in Clairemont--a beautiful 1/3 acre lot, but it was bought "as is" and the previous owners left behind a massive amount of debris. I reached out to my usual contacts, but they either quoted astronomical prices or flat-out refused the job because they only want "easy" items they can drop at Goodwill. They didn't want to deal with the actual city dump. 9 Yards stepped in and handled everything perfectly. Why they stand out: True Full-Service: Unlike others who cherry-pick "resellable" items, Edwin's team is willing to do the heavy lifting. They will disassemble, cut, and grind anything necessary to ensure it's ready for the city dump. Technical Knowledge: They aren't just "guys with a truck." They actually understand San Diego's specific disposal regulations--like the strict rules for treated wood. Efficiency & Care: They safely transported large, delicate panes of glass off the property and cleared a 1/3 acre lot faster than I thought possible. Fair Pricing: Their rates were incredibly competitive, especially considering the sheer volume of work required for a property of this size. If you're a real estate professional needing a reliable partner for "as-is" listings, or a homeowner who just needs the job done right the first time, call Edwin. They are fast, professional, and absolute experts at what they do. Five stars, no question.

I'm getting older, with my power starting to dwindle and plus I gave away my pickup truck, so I no longer have the means to load and drive to the trash location. I only think of Fleuryson when that need arises. I had an old 15' boat trailer steel frame rusting out in our field. I called Fleuryson Company and he came prepared. In less than 30 minutes, he was able to take apart the frame and with help from an assistant, loaded into his truck. I thought it was impossible, but, not for Fleuryson Company!!! Mr. Fleuryson is kind and respectful. Always smiling and for someone of his stature, I am amazed at the power and strength that he possesses. He works efficiently and quickly. And he responds quickly to texts. So, if you have any trash, junk hauling needs, please, call Fleuryson Company, a company you can count on. No job is too difficult for Fleuryson Company.
