I have been to Nellis Auction several times to pick up my purchases. I have not seen such great consistent customer service in a very long time. These people work very hard at what they do!!! They always have a nice word and willing to assist in any way they can. I had to interact with a very nice lady in returns, I think the name was JC. She was very helpful in resolving my issue and even carried my package out to the car for me. Everyone there is human and entitled to make an error now and then, that's why their return policy is very accommodating, never an issue. read more

Nellis Auction is always a go to for my big shopping needs. Without fail I will generally find what I'm seeking, in addition to plenty of other items. The bidding is straight forward, once you are confirmed to be the winner of your merchandise, they have a 7 day grace period to arrive for purchase and or pick up. They have a seamless system, with very customer satisfaction as a top priority, have loaders to make the pick up process efficient (PS TIP THESE GUYS, they're busting their butts) but the policy that brings Nellis to a cut above the rest is their 7-days from pickup to inspect, and determine whether the item was as described, to your satisfaction or not they will grant you full refunds if it's WITHIN THEIR 7 days timeframe from pickup! You need to read the description carefully, true, but I've had multiple items that were described as "new" and functional and not missing parts that were definitely broken and missing all sorts of parts. I recently bought a shade cover that they claimed was brand new, functional and not missing parts, but it was missing the entire top shade portion and because I didnt check it right away, too many days passed and they would not allow me to return it. Incredibly deceptive and sneaky. I understand mistakes can be made, but they truly should accept the return when false claim were made on their end. I have had some good items from Nellis auction, but lots of bad ones. Get in the habit of checking the items as soon as you get them to avoid unnecessary trips back and forth. read more

Deceptive listings, they dont put exactly what you are budding on in the description. They will show a nice table then put comments like "missing components" and when you get the item it's only the table legs. The need to be honest about the products. When situations arise and you return the item because of being mislead on what you purchased, the front desk workers are rude and dont want to accept responsibility for their mistakes. read more

This business has been okay. You are truly taking your chances with what is posted on their website. Sometimes it is not as described in the description so it is important to verify as you only have 7 days to return the item for a full refund. Should you not return the item within the 7 day period you will pay for a relisting fee. Most of the workers there are way cool with processing and delivering the products to your vehicle, though I have had one worker specifically talk crazy to someone who was picking an order up on my behalf. One of the managers took over and handled the situation after that point. There are some great deals on here as well so it is just a buyer beware type thing, especially if you are driving to pick up your order from the East Valley. read more

Friendly employees but not enough of them and parking is AWFUL. Frustrating to consistently have to return items advertised as new in the auction only to find out several parts are missing. Yes you can get some good deals but the time it takes to pickup/return is not worth it. read more

Lots of friendly people working at the warehouse where you pick up. Great deals if you are patient and know what you are looking for. Be ready to wait for your item if you show up on Mondays or Fridays, I typically pick up in the middle of the week to cut my time there. This place should be investigated for fraud. They have on numerous occasions tried to bring out my lots saying that everything was there when it was in fact not, after speaking with managers they check my lots and confirm that I was in fact missing items. Then never refund returns onto my account. The items are constantly mis listed and completely broken when stated as new. After speaking with people who had previously been employed at Nellis I found out that they where encouraged to poorly and hastily list auction items to boost company profits. I don't even wanna get started on there mask use. Avoid this place unless you want to be defrauded. read more

I'm 50/50 on this place since I started bidding at the beginning of November. They've gotten a little over half of my auction winnings correct due to missing items (3) and misdescribed items (2). I won a "new" swingset for $25 and a small trampoline for $1 and neither were able to be located when I arrived to pick them up. Hiw do you lose a seingset?? Seems like when I get a really good deal, my items manage to disappear? Wondering if they don't like the auction result and mysteriously "lose" the items so they can auction again?? Who knows....but it's happened enough that I wonder. read more

This was my first auction order with Nellis Glendale location. I was so excited when I won and thought I was getting a great deal. I thought I was getting a new couch as described. My husband picked up the item for me, it was new, however it definitely is not a couch. It's a very small uncomfortable bench. I pd a lot of money for this bench. I also purchased an area rug. It was posted as new in the same group as large rugs. I pd $25 for this used rug and I could of bought this very small rug brand new for half the price at Jcpennys. My issue is that I don't have a vehicle. I have to have someone take us or pay for a ride share. By the time I do all that it won't be worth returning if they would even do a return. I hope if I do decide to try again that I actually receive what the item is described as. read more

I buy several things from Nellis each week. They are a great improvement over the previous auction that was there. The prices are fantastic, I often buy items at 25% of the retail price. On larger items the savings can be hundreds of dollars. The people are great, from the 2 ladies at the front desk to the attendants that that pull and assist in loading items in your vehicle. As other reviews have said some of The items are not perfect, most have been shipped a couple of times and may have scuffs or small scratches while others are perfect and new in box. A small percentage of times items are damaged or missing parts that were not noted in the listing. If they do make a mistake they will take item back for a full refund. I happily accept the small chance of having a return for the money I save. read more

Buyer Beware! The items at this auction are customer returns, damaged or missing pieces. Don't be fooled by items listed as new. I purchased a platform bed listed as new condition and found the head board split in half. Returned. Another platform bed listed as new, hole in side board. Returned. Microwave oven, new in box, door damaged. Returned. Treadmill listed as new, missing a box 2 of 2. Returned. Air conditioner listed as new was damaged. Returned and charged a relisting fee. Living 45 miles away my time and gas is worth something. Although some items are misrepresented, I have purchased some items that were good deals. I like the new warehouse. The employees are very efficient and resolve any problems that I have had quickly and without hassle. They rate 5 star. My only problem with the auction is the website uses a lot of bandwidth and trying to bid and agree to terms can be frustrating while waiting for their system to get caught up. After the initial agreement (each session that you bid) the site works great and I have won numerous items that I enjoy. I have won a few items that were not complete or not what was shown and they took the items back without any problems. I have told my family and friends about the site and the fun I have bidding and the items I get. I recommend the site often. read more

My gf and I had an order to pick up that was a little over 100 pieces and her mother as well had an order that was a little over 30 and we we're running late. We arrived 10 mins after they closed so ended up keeping staff a little over an hour and a half past closing time. We called 30 mins ahead to see if it was ok and a rep in NV and she called down and we were givin the ok. Every staff member was awesome and very polite even tho they had good reason to be upset. Tanner was one of the first people to help us and was awesome, as well as all the staff. Sorry that was the only name I could remember but everyone was awesome. read more

I love this place. If you want it to work in your favor you need to remember 2 things, 1st all of these products are returns, so no matter what their description, there will be a problem. If not you will be pleasantly surprised. #2 only bid what you are willing to loose. People have returned these items to Amazon for a reason. I have purchased 75+ items from this place and always had a speedy pickup, if an item is missing and can't be found, I walk in and talk to someone inside and its always been found. My first time using the site, the pick up process was pretty hectic but they were very friendly. They told me once I arrived that I needed to call ahead though it said nothing about that on the invoice. I bought 10 items and 5 of them were broken - even though they were listed as brand new. Well it's hard to pay retail after finding this place. The staff at both Henderson and Cheyenne and even on Nellis are always helpful. Wish the company would do a transfer from Glendale to Henderson as Az seems to get better items but that's expected to get them up and running keep up the good work. As you can see I use to enjoy what nellis Auction has done . I'm updating this because it has went down hill the returned items are listed as New only to find out later parts have been changed either by the amazon return process or at the auction by customers,thus leaving junk being purchased this is taken place way to often and if you go behind the six day period you have nothing but junk. It's getting old real quick Spencer you better look into changing the way you do business or you will loose a good thing no body wants broken junk. Five star to one star. You think that you are getting a good deal But the descriptions are wrong most of the time. They told you that it's not damaged and then when you get it it's broken or they tell you it's do it's not missing parts but when you open the Box it is. They charge you 15% auction fee plus tax text and you have 7 days turn it's to return it but but if you return it they do not refund the auction fee even though their description was wrong and they do not refund the tax. It's great for them to have a wrong description or for it to be broken or missing parts because if you bring it back they get the 15% plus the tax and they get to the city again for some other sucker sir. I purchased a rowing machine that was supposed to be new and undamaged and not missing parts parts but when I open to that home it had a crack about 4" long. I lost 30 something dollars on that refund. I got another rowing machine and that was all scratched and broken And I lost the 15% plus the 8% tax. I won a husky worklamp with the tripod and double headouble head and that was missing apart even though they said that no parts were missing so I'm losing 15% + 8% on that. I want a tripod and the picture of the tripod is completely different than what they gave me and now I'm losing 15% on that plus the tax. It's great when you could keep on collecting 15% on your bad descriptions of things and relisting it and getting another 15% from another sucker. In my opinion you'd better off going to the store and buy in it at least if it's broken to give you a money back including the tax. read more

I've purchased six items at Nellis with basically no problems until I purchased something about two weeks ago. I did not see that there was a note on the second page of the product description that said the machine was not functioning or I never would have purchased it. It stayed "new" and it certainly was not. I sent multiple email and even contacted Las Vegas to try to get someone on the phone in the Glendale, AZ warehouse but to no avail. I had the flu for two weeks and there was absolutely no way for me to drive let alone return an item to a location about 45 minutes away. Today, I finally got someone on the phone and they would not consider my explanation. Great businesses understand that there are times when they must accept certain considerations for a return. It would be one thing if I'd done this before before. I basically gave them cash for nothing. Used and broken is not new but it most definitely is false advertising.
