They have a wide variety of autographed media. Sports, movies, bands as well as historical autographed pieces, this is my go to local business for autographed gifts. Autographed items come with a COA from industry leading authentication experts such as Beckett Authentication Services, PSA/DNA, and James Spence Authentication. Today I purchased two Christmas gifts. A Taylor Swift autograph framed piece of memorabilia for my daughter and a Shaquille O'Neal autographed jersey for my son-in-law. Transparency. The advertise themselves as providing authentic signed merchandise but much of it is laser engraved. I shouldn't have to read the fine print at an auction and I would have never paid so much for a laser engraved signature. Feels like I was scammed. read more

Won an auction at Dave and Busters in Milpitas that benefitted the Make A Wish foundation. Made my payment on Thursday and my 2 framed art pieces arrived promptly on Sunday! The items were well packed. Arrived with no damage. Fed Ex signature required was an additional $8, but well worth it not just being left at the door. The service was great! They screwed me over on an item that I bid for at Rams game. Sent me a message that I won the item. Then told me after I paid that it was a mistake. Don't do business with these people. I think they are rip off artist and I can't believe professional sports teams like the Rams are doing business with them. They should have offered to replace the item for the exact same item. I came across these guys holding a silent auction while catching a football game at Dave & Busters a few weeks back. Charity Benefits Unlimited is a non-profit organization that raises money for various local and national charities through the sales of authentic memorabilia by entertainers, musicians, and athletes. A couple of pieces on display by the east side entrance of Dave & Busters caught my eye. One was an autographed photo by Norman Reedus as his character Darryl Dixon on the TV show The Walking Dead and the other piece was a signed photo by Hulk Hogan in his steel cage match against the late King Kong Bundy at WrestleMania 2 back in 1985. One person had placed an opening bid on the Hulk Hogan photo while I placed the opening bid on the Norman Reedus photo. The employee at the counter next to the display explained that the auction will go on for the next few days and the person with the highest bid will have their pieces shipped straight to their residence. My interest was piqued as I had never owned 8" X 10" framed photos that were signed with a Certificate of Authenticity by Beckett which could be found on the back of both pieces. I was determined to get both pieces so I placed the higher bid on the WrestleMania photo. Some of the other pieces featured in the silent auction include a signed portrait display of Robert James O'Neill, the man who fired the shot that killed Osama bin Laden, a framed photo of the Magic Johnson-Larry Bird rivalry, but the signatures were laser-inscribed on this piece, and framed photos of Michael Jordan along with Scottie Pippen during their time with the Chicago Bulls championship run in the 1990's. These were impressive pieces, but again the signatures were laser-inscribed. If I wanted celebrity memorabilia, my preference would be ones with the actual signatures from the celebrities themselves. That would seem more authentic than ones etched onto the pieces. The O'Neill photo was one I was also interested in, but the opening bid was quite high compared to the ones I placed my bid on. After checking all the others, I was satisfied with the two I wanted. After turning in the bidding sheets, the employee told me that Charity Benefits will contact me via email or text if I win the silent auction. A week later, I was contacted by the company and was told I had the winning bid on both pieces! A couple of days later, both pieces arrived to my house in pristine condition, individually wrapped with two layers of packing foam and a thick outer layer of bubble wrap to protect from impact during transit. The company itself is not local. They are based in Scottsdale, AZ and they were holding a fundraiser in conjunction with Dave & Busters. I normally don't participate in events like this, but having some extra money left over from this years Permanent Fund Dividend made this choice a lot easier and of course it was going to a good cause. read more

These guys had a charity auction at a local restaurant where I bid on a Jack Nicholson framed artwork. The framed poster had the words "I am who I am, your approval isn't needed" Well needless to say, within a month the word "needed" came unglued and traveled to the bottom of the frame. In order to fix it I had to rip the backing off the poster and the massive amounts of staples they used to frame it, it now looks like a piece of trash. What a waste of $200+ that was. My wife and I stumbled across an auction while out in Gilbert one Saturday. Both of us have a history as HS football boosters and have a huge place in our hearts for the efforts of these groups. This was for a local band and we always appreciated the support of our band at games and events. After bickering over what we would both want, we placed a bid. About a week later I got the call that our bid was successful. CBU offered to ship our item, at a fair price, vs. my wife or I having to make it there by 4:30. The CBU staff was kind and a pleasure to work with. The price may have been a bit high, but it was for a HS band and we got a nice piece for our home bar. A "win win" for everyone. Updated review. After being delivered the wrong portrait, I finally received the correct portrait, but instead of receiving authentic autographs with certificate of authenticity, I received a portrait with engraved signatures. This was not what I expected and this entire experience has been unpleasant. I will also be filing s complaint with roadhouse cinema! I won an auction for a signed and framed Mike Tyson photo from the D&B in Atlanta. I received the first item with scratched glass, the second had a damaged photo but the third one was just right. It was a headache trying to get an item in acceptable shape (I expected a presentable piece for $300), but Alyssa, Morgan and Taika were more than wonderful throughout the process. They were courteous, kind and very understanding of my problems with the items received. After a few attempts, I received an amazing piece of art to display proudly! If you don't see an auction near you, check out the website; They seem to offer regular discounts of 10%+. It was a rough start for my first purchase but well worth it for the item I received. I was highly encouraged to immediately pay for my (very expensive) opening bid item before the half way point into the event. Per auction Rep: "To make sure you win it." I thought a silent auction was about taking many different bids until the end of the event. I later found out that I was the only bidder on all the auction items that day! Could it be that all the opening bids were dramatically way too high? The item I purchased had an opening bid of high retail, according to sources on the internet. Lesson learned. read more

I met this wonderful organization at the Los Angeles Coliseum well attending the playoff game between the Atlanta Falcons and the Los Angeles Rams. We bid on two items at the Alamo Drafthouse from Charity Benefits Unlimited. We win the items. We were told we had to go to north Scottsdale to pick up the items. I called Andi for rough directions as we reside in Chandler. She wasn't very friendly. Asked my why I just didn't text her for the information. I had no idea this was her cell phone number. As I walked into their building today, the receptionist wasn't friendly at all. Really disappointed with those who work for this organization and will not bid on any more items related to this place. read more
