When the door tone sounded on our way out, two employees came out of the back. Tried to order a pumpkin smoothie- they were out of pumpkin ...in October. (There were ads all over the store for the featured flavor.) What I received was basically a glass of milk with some frost on top. In no way was it a "smoothie."

I went to smartbelly after a workout and split a smoothie. Very tasty and refreshing after a workout. I liked the new decor overall, I think they could benefit from displaying and showcasing their ingredients. Only downside is cost. I know juices and smoothies a can be pricey, and smartbelly is about what you would expect. All in all I see smartbelly as more of a way to treat myself. Worth a visit on a hot day or after a workout.

I ordered the Mango Monsoon, which is made with mango, guava, and a blend of other fruits. The mango flavor was definitely the standout, while the other fruits complemented it nicely. Service was quick, and there was little to no wait. They appeared to offer only one size, although I'm not sure if additional sizes were available since I wasn't asked. Regardless, the portion was generous and well worth the price. The smoothie had a smooth, refreshing texture without being overly icy or watered down. Overall, I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're looking for a fresh, flavorful smoothie.

A delivery driver accidentally dropped off three cases of my Fiji water to this location instead of…read morenext door. When I went inside to retrieve my items, I found that instead of setting the delivery aside or helping correct the mistake, the staff actively stocked my grocery order into their display fridge to sell to customers. Tropical Smoothie does not even sell Fiji water, yet individual bottles from my order were placed right in their drink cooler. To make matters worse, I saw another case sitting in their back area with the delivery sticker clearly showing my full delivery tag and name, "CHRISTOPHER V." When I brought this to the attention of the associate, he was completely unhelpful and rude. He called his supervisor, who brushed it off and claimed it was not their problem. I even reached out to their corporate office, and they completely refused to take any accountability. Taking a misdelivered order, stocking it into your commercial fridge, and profiting by selling to customers is completely unethical and probably illegal (definitely tax implications). Mistakes happen, but I'm appalled Tropical Smoothie does not see this as problematic. I guess I shouldn't be surprised because they have printed signs instructing employees to adhere to basic things like not talking on their personal phones when engaging with customers. Save your money and spend it at a business that operates with basic integrity. 0/5 stars.
