Well, my family and I have visited Smoothie King for many years... not any more. My daughter, whom is 9 months pregnant had to use the restroom and had to stop close. Because we've been there several times, she stopped and asked to use the restroom ( she was running late for a wedding). The workers there refused to let he use the restroom. I understand in some cases why they would reject but a 9 months pregnant women??? Come on, what happened to community? No more for us!!!! read more

Service was terrible, I placed a mobile order and showed my receipt to the two workers and they both didn't seem to care. My order wasn't in their system but yet it was paid for and they did not help me in any way. They just stood there looking around, trying to tell me that it's because I didn't have the "new app" which I showed them my smoothie king was fully updated. Will not be coming back read more

Each and every time I have come to the St. John location and it has been a lot; I have had a great experience. The staff is friendly, management is good and I have walked away happy each time. I have been to other relocations and I have not gotten the same experience, but this location is great. I highly recommend when you are looking to make a healthy choice. read more

I'll be honest, I'm not a huge smoothie drinker. I come in maybe once a year at the most for a smoothie. When I do come here, though, the people are always pleasant. The variety of options is nice to have, but I will probably never be able to try them all. My biggest qualms come with the price and the size of the smoothies. They're pretty expensive and sometimes I get bored of the flavor before I am able to finish it. Otherwise, everything here is good. read more

Smoothie wasn't good tasting at all and the employee was less than helpful to me. When I asked what was good she couldn't even tell me.

We tried them at a swim meet in Munster. I couldn't get over how awful it tasted. The worse smoothie ever. I'm not sure what kind of ingredients they use, but it must be cheap. Save your money go elsewhere. read more
