I just let go Griffin Pest Control. They didn't spend much time here and there were still a lot of spiders and webs when he left. I kept them longer than I should have, partly because they were nice. I was here for this last appointment and made sure that they got all of the webs. The Technician told me that there are termites in our pergola and he noticed it during the previous visit. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but I feel it's my responsibility to make potential customers aware of what they might be getting themselves into. I switched to Griffin Pest from a larger company that seems like it had grown too big too fast at the expense of quality and customer service. I chose Griffin because it was local, family owned business and Antoni gave me a competitive price. I signed up for a minimum of 6 bimonthly services. The first few services seemed ok. But then I had a pest issue inside my home, and I had to reach out to them repeatedly after being told someone would contact me. The technician came to my home after 9 days to address the issue (this happened to be only 4 days earlier than my regularly scheduled bimonthly appointment). In my opinion, that's just unacceptable customer service. They seemed disorganized and stretched way too thin to respond to a pest issue outside of a regularly scheduled appointment even though the service agreement included addressing any additional pest concerns as needed. After my most recent service, I noticed that there were an abundance of webs under my outdoor furniture, a brown widow egg sac in plain sight, and a brown widow web with a brown widow sitting in it in plain sight on the side of my fire pit table! I wasn't even trying to find these things... I stumbled upon them while I was outside in my backyard with my kids. I decided right then that I was done. I had communicated with Griffin Pest that spiders were my biggest pest concern for the safety of my kids. I called to cancel my service and wasn't even asked why. So, (even though they didn't care to ask) now they know why. read more

Really happy with this service. They come out every two months and spray the exterior. We basically live on a giant ant hill so once or twice a year we'll have ants start to invade between services. I call for a touch-up and they come out right away with no hassle. I am really happy with the company and the service I received from the receptionist and the field technician Jesse. We have a huge ant problem, been dealing with those nasty buggers since November of last year. I've had pest control from our property management come out and spray multiple times with no effect. Jesse came out very quick, he was extremely thorough and friendly and knowledgeable. He actually went around the apartment with a magnifying glass in order to determine the type of ant that we have, so he can treat it accordingly. He opened up every single wall socket in order to dust the inside. After the first visit we still had some ants, so he came out a second time and did a more aggressive spray and now there are no more ants!!
