UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME SERVICE!! Simco was friendly, professional and VERY thorough. 1st time using this service and the experience was 5 star all the way (he even provided tips on maintaining the results till next visit). I'm definitely going to be a return customer (you won't regret requesting Simco, he takes a lot of pride in his work and really wants to please the client). read more

Was charged $362.66 for an appointment that was scheduled about 2/3 weeks in advance and the only reminder I received was the night prior at 9:35pm. I was trying to cancel and they assessed a fee of what I would have been charged had they actually serviced my apartment. I forgot about the appointment because of moving and when I tried to contact them there was no number on their website. Contacted their chat, email, and received zero replies. They went ahead and took my money with no communication with me whatsoever. I'm working it out with my bank but be advised, they have zero tolerance for skipping or missing your appointment. I'm a new client, won't be returning after everything they've put me through. read more

I'm so glad that I chose Neatly Cleaning because of their stellar yelp reviews. Although my rental home was a 2000' + townhome, in Marina del Rey and in the last minute Jonathan assured me that he could do the job without a problem. He was great to talk to, very professional, funny and kind. He was always there for you. Carolina and another housekeeper came came exactly on time and did a spotless job. Since I couldn't come to the townhouse she took photos of the damages and emailed me them! She gave a honest opinion what needed special attention, which I appreciated. Whenever I'll need a cleaning service Neatly Cleaning is a phone call away. read more

So I called earlier in the week to schedule my first appointment and Jonathan was super helpful and pleasant to speak with. Two cleaners came, the main cleaner was Simco and he did a spectacular job and even stayed 1.5 hours over the scheduled appointment set for 2-4 pm because I had just moved in to this new apartment and it needed desperate TLC. Simco was personable and took extra time when it came to the details such as cleaning the top of my fridge. Make sure when you make an appointment online you are specific in the notes section about what kind of cleaning needs to be done so that way they bring the proper materials. read more

I hired Neatly last minute to do a move-out cleaning for me. They replied back quickly and were very accommodating to my unique needs. They were punctual and were easy to contact with my concerns, especially since I was out of the area during the cleaning. Hunter, who was assigned to my unit was very polite and kept in touch during the process, he even went as far as sending photos of the apartment after, since I was not present! Highly reccomend! -Tiffany D. read more

My house is cleaned by Hunter and Jonathan today, they are super polite and very professional. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room they cleaned, looks like brand new. I will highly recommend Neatly Cleaning. If you are a student, you can even have a discount from them. Amazing. read more

By far the best cleaning service around the USC area. The owner, Jonathan, who is a USC alumni is extremely helpful. He actually came to my apartment the day before to inspect it and tell me exactly what kind of cleaning I needed to not get charged for moving out of my apartment. He sent over 4 cleaners to clean my apartment the next day and they did a stellar job. Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom mirror was spotless. The staff is extremely kind and hardworking too. The price is definitely a steal for the quality of cleaning and I would not recommend any other service. 5 stars all the way! read more

Neatly Cleaning - Brand spanking new apartment, great cleaning job! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Just about to move out from Lorenzo near USC to Irvine, and the room has been really really messed up by me and my two cats. I tried to clean the floor myself but the cat hairs and dried poop and the pieces of papers they tore just make it impossible. The job is totally beyond me so I found this cleaning website by Google and things have been easy since then. I made the call and Jonathan easily set up an appointment for me the following day. The job is done really nicely and the price is really reasonable for a 2.5 hour cleaning. The room now looks the same way first time I first it. Now I finally am ready to say goodbye to this place. Thank you Neatly! read more

Hunter and simco were punctual, courteous and did a great job cleaning our apartment despite the dogs barking! They paid special attention to our bathrooms and asked us throughout the service if things were cleaned to our standards. Way too expensive though. Won't use again read more

Hunter and Simco did an excellent job in cleaning my apartment! They were punctual and made the very tricky parking situation work. Hunter and Lu came by to clean our house just before move in! Although they arrived a bit later than expected, they were both super friendly, thorough, and made sure to ask if I wanted anything else cleaned again or focused on. They were speedy as well. Even though we had them for 2 hours, they only took about half the time (granted our house was pretty empty and clean to begin with). I called Neatly Cleaning super last minute -- maybe 3 hours prior to wanting someone to come and clean my apt at Lorenzo (and I wanted a fairly later appointment). They accommodated immediately - Jonathan was super professional, efficient and on top of that helped me with my moving out process (in addition to making my apartment spotless). Super professional company, friendly and warm staff, and all within a great budget. Will only be using them for the future!!! read more

My roommate contacted and hired this company to clean our apartment at University Gateway in November 2018. After the two cleaning employees left my expensive wireless speaker, and my roommate's wireless Beats Headphones were gone from our apartment. When we contacted the company, they acted as if they were unaware of what happened and no one followed up to find a solution. This is very disappointing and we will not be using this company again. Be careful if you hire them. read more

They did an amazing job with my move-out clean! They showed up on time and were fast and super efficient. Would definitely book them again

I needed someone to clean an apartment my daughter is moving in to near USC. The previous tenant left it incredibly dirty - as if they'd never vacuumed or dusted the whole time they lived there... Anyway, I was only in town for a day and wanted to help my daughter get settled in, but couldn't have her moving into that degree of dirtiness. Neatly cleaning generously accommodated my request for a same-day cleaning. Their cleaning team (Team 8) was super pleasant, detail oriented, and thorough. I'm pretty picky and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Overall, Neatly Cleaning did a great job - I highly recommend their service! read more

I made a same day appointment today and I thank Jonathan and Carmen for the excellent job they did.
