If you're reading the reviews trying to figure out if you should book this team, just stop at this…read moreone and contact them :) Last week I was super busy and felt generally overwhelmed. I thought at least outsourcing cleaning for the week would help. And it did - a lot! First of all - Chris was the person I interacted with first. He was extremely communicative and answered every question I had (so quickly, too). He handled comms before and after the service and was just overall very kind. In terms of the cleaning service itself - the two women who came to my house were AMAZING. Not only were they very sweet, but they absolutely went above and beyond. I basically told Sandy and Teresa not to worry about certain tasks because I know they're not normally part of a regular cleaning service. I assured them I was going to finish the rest myself and I was just grateful for any help included in their service. But to my surprise, they went above and beyond and I came back to everything in my home taken care of. They somehow got everything done and more within the 2 hour time frame I booked. It truly changed the course of my week/weekend and I appreciate this team so much. Can't wait to book again :)

What we love about Alejandra and Olga's work: 1) They arrive on time and finish their work in a timely manner. 2) They are always pleasant to be around and are receptive to our cleaning requests (for example, please start in this room, could you be careful about this thing, etc.) 3) Our house always looks (and smells) amazing when they are done! One of the best things is, in the next few days after their visit, I keep noticing little things that they've cleaned, straightened, or made better! Additionally, scheduling through the website and with Crystal in the office (via email or phone) is exceedingly easy. I don't know why I waited so long to set this up!
