They give discounts in exchange for reviews. I used them for about a year. Most of the service was good. Some was ok. Price was solid. I'd occasionally have someone no show or reschedule last minute. The last visit, the cleaner used vinegar on my marble sink and ruined it. The company kept insisting it was water spots and could be washed off (it can't) and have now ghosted me when I asked for their insurance information. I'm guessing they don't have any. Subpar but passable cleaning. The cleaners seem to rush through everything and several obvious spots were missed. The house was left with a strong bleach smell. I spent another hour or so after they left to clean all the spots they missed. So much extra grossness from their dirty rags. There's an app or website for booking, but it's not too intuitive since the pricing didn't show up accurately until 2 days after the service. Everything was communicated through text. I also received a bunch of different numbers and spam through them during and after the service. Towards the end, the cleaners were trying to leave quickly without asking for my final check. They claimed they cleaned it but obviously didn't, so I had to step in and point out a few areas that still needed wiping down. Also for blinds and shutters, they only cleaned one side and not the other. I wouldn't recommend them for my future cleanings. read more

Overall the service was good. They arrived on time and it took them a couple of hours for the clean of a studio apartment. The end result was decent and definitely better than what it started as but some spots were missed. Nothing we could touch up. The part that bugged me the most was the reason the cleaning took so long was because the cleaner would work extremely slow not for attention to detail but because she was talking on the phone to a friend the entire time and would get caught up in conversation and stop cleaning. read more

The first time I hired this company , Wave cleaning, a woman showed up with her children to clean. I thought I was hiring one person, not their children. The cleaner explained they were going to help her so I ended the visit immediately. The second time a year ago I hired Wave cleaning and they told me the cleaner would stay until the house was done. An hour into the cleaning she told me she was scheduled here for only 4 hrs and that the company lies to everyone. She finished only a few rooms of my house. I complained to the company and they said they would investigate and figure out an amount to reimburse me. So much time went by and it did not happen. They told me they would give me a discount next time. I have a fractured rib and foot now and am having an operation in a few days. I decided to try then again since they said it was a mistake what happened. So I told them I just want one person in my house and how much will it be and that my house takes all day. They said the cleaner must finish. If it takes 2 hrs or 15 hours (spoke with Veronica) and another person, ). They will finish my house. I told them I want only one person as I have pets separated in my house. I thought everything would work this time. They are very nice on the phone. Unfortunately they are dishonest. My cleaner showed up with her bf and I was confused. They said they work as a team. I said I hsd told the company to send only one person and they said yes confirming that they understood. The price was well into the 300.00 range. Even worse, the cleaner said in 4 hrs they have another house to do scheduled by the company. She said my 4 bedrooms meant they would only clean my 4 bedrooms, nothing to do with the rest of the house like the kitchen. So every 4 hrs they go somewhere else and in the phone and through text no matter what they will lie to you. They are Not ethical And are dishonest. read more

The second week the cleaner didn't show up again so we asked and were told the cleaner will be one hour late. Unacceptable, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Money. This was hands down one of the worst cleaning services we've ever experienced. We requested the "deep cleaning service" to clean out an empty apartment. The crew showed up 1.5 hours late, and after barely two hours of work, they claimed they were finished -- despite the apartment still being visibly filthy. My husband immediately noticed grime and grease everywhere. He wiped the kitchen counter and backsplash with a paper towel, which came up brown with dirt. Instead of addressing it, the lead cleaner, Viviana, called over her daughters to give them an impromptu lesson on how to clean -- on our time -- and then complained to my husband that she doesn't get paid enough to afford proper cleaning products. They also didn't bring basic equipment like a step ladder. When my husband pointed out that the toilet hadn't been touched, Viviana said she didn't bring gloves. As for the floors, they claimed those were cleaned too -- but another swipe with a paper towel turned up black with dirt. Only then did she admit they didn't even bring a mop. At this point, my husband -- who hired a cleaning crew, not trainees -- was stuck teaching them how to clean. He showed them how to properly clean the stove burners. They left grease and grime between the range and countertop, and when asked to clean underneath, they refused, saying they don't move appliances -- something every other cleaning company we've used has done without issue. Because they were so unprepared and unequipped (no Windex, no mop -- the bare minimum), they had to return the next day to finish what they couldn't do the first time. I was home this time and immediately noticed that the apartment didn't even smell like cleaning products had been used. I had to walk Viviana through everything they missed: filthy faucets covered in mineral deposits, smudged windows, dirty floors, inside cabinets, greasy surfaces, unclean fridge and freezer (which we paid extra for), and smudged wall plates. I left for two hours, came back, and nothing had really changed. The glass shower door was still dirty. When I asked why, Viviana said again, she didn't have Windex. And as if this wasn't bad enough, I heard noises coming from our laundry area -- they were using our washing machine to wash their dirty rags, and even left hair in our dryer. Our apartment is only five years old, with barely-used appliances and fixtures. It was a basic job that they were clearly not trained or equipped to do. In the end, I had to do the cleaning myself. This company is completely unprofessional, unprepared, and should not be in business. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

I have used their service twice. The first time was AWFUL. The cleaner postponed three times, I told them there were dogs and I arranged it so the dog walker and cleaner would be there at the same time but she kept postponing . She didn't want to enter the property because she was scared of dogs even though I explicitly said there were dogs and why I arranged for the dog walker and cleaner to come at the same time. The cleaning was supposed to be for 10 am and she didn't come until 4 pm. Wave House offered me a free cleaning as compensation for the inconvenience. However even though it was "free" they have continually harassed me for payment. We supposedly cleared the confusion a few weeks ago but now I am again receiving messages for non-payment. This company is hit or miss. The cleaners are always late. I was really happy with the last clean but the harassment about non payment despite the cleaning being comped, has left a bad taste. read more

They were very thorough and were here for much longer than we expected them to be. They were able to clean areas and appliances that we have been unable to! I had to reach out a second time to follow up on my issue with being charged twice for the same service. I was told it would be escalated to accounting. A few days passed and I received a call from a supervisor (Lucia) who was finally able to clear it up. I received email confirmation and I see a pending transaction in my bank crediting me. Lucia also offered to do a free cleaning based on the circumstances, which I thought was a nice offer. I was not extremely impressed with the trouble it's taken to get the billing issue resolved, but I am willing to give their cleaning another try. read more

I've had a mixed experience with Wave House Cleaning. At times, the service wasn't too bad -- I would say the cleaning was acceptable. One thing I do appreciate is their convenient online booking system, which made scheduling easy. Because of that, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, this time was a total disappointment. I ordered a deep cleaning, but the results were far from what I expected. Many areas were either left untouched or poorly cleaned. For example, the bathroom floors weren't mopped, the faucets weren't cleaned, and there was still hair and other debris left on the shower floor. It didn't look like any wet cleaning had been done. It seems, they don't know the simple cleaning routine. What surprised me most was that while cleaning under the dining table, they didn't even move the chairs. When I pointed out the poor quality of the cleaning, the response I got was that my house was "too dirty" and they had to leave for their next appointment. That was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would say that their management also did poor job when they got about the terrible cleaners' performance in my house. They promised me to resolve issue quickly, and from that time four weeks have gone, and I heard nothing from them. read more

The new cleaner they sent over to a terrible job left the place a mess and even broke my kitchen faucet and I have yet to be compensated. I paid for a deep clean, and the lady told me when I, embarrassed, had to point out the dirty corners, said that my place was just dirty and left. It's been in review for a month and they're clearly not addressing it and waiting for me to forget about it. My landlord required me to hire professional cleaning services before I moved out of my apartment, and I found Wave House Cleaning through Yelp. Laura was quick to respond and answer any questions I had about the cleaning, fee, and logistics, and she helped me set up my appointment and account. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment (which was easy to do in the portal). I guess I chose the wrong date, which I thankfully realized right before my desired cleaning appointment time. I called the number provided on Saturday afternoon, and the person who picked up was able to find someone to come out within the next half hour. I was really grateful that they were able to accommodate my last-minute request, especially since that was my mistake! The cleaners showed up with supplies and asked what they should prioritize. They were done cleaning my kitchen and bathroom, mopping, and dusting the blinds/window sills in about an hour. Overall I'd say they did a great job, although there were some missed spots here and there (mainly by the windows). I just needed Wave House for a one-time cleaning this time, but if I ever need professional cleaning services again, I'll definitely book an appointment with them! read more

I believed that was thoughtful of them as it showed they care about their customers, so I decided to get a free service and give them a second chance. This time only 1 cleaner came, which I was a bit skeptical about considering I have a 2 story home, but Sarah (the cleaner) was efficient and thorough! I've had two cleanings done by Wave House Cleaning and I'm very disappointed. Pros: Scheduling is very easy and the cleaners are very polite. Cons: they overcharge you every time for cleaning. They automatically signed me up for their monthly program and still charged me initial cleaning prices for the maintenance visit. You have to keep calling them and asking them to correct. I paid for parking for the cleaner yet they still charged me a parking fee. The cleaners were between 30 mins-1 hour late both times. Most importantly, the cleaners are just not very good. Their cleaning solution left more stains than what was there before. Save yourself the time and hassle. read more

The cleaner almost killed me. They left the gas stove on and we returned 12 hours later to a house filled with gas requiring the Fire Department to come and fumigate our home. I've used this service for months and its very hit or miss. The cleaners are usually late, do a poor job and have oversights like I mentioned above. Another cleaner (as example) sprayed our dogs food bool with Lysol to clean it resulting in horrible stomach problems for our pet. The gas leak was the final straw. Needed a complete clean up of my house. They sent, me a person who spoke no english. She had to use my vacuum, mop and broom, had brought no material on her own. House was not cleaned at all.
