She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. They looked over our car carefully, took a video of the test they performed and shared it with us. He also explained to us what the test meant. Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a good experience despite the fact that my car is officially dead!

The work was completed efficiently, It's hard to find a shop that combines quality workmanship with great customer service, but they really delivered on both. The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

You can walk around the area to kill time & it'll be ready before you know it. I got my Corolla done here (carbon tint) years ago (no bubbles or issues) & now my other SUV car (ceramic). He gave me a great price to upgrade to ceramic from carbon & I don't regret it (last time I did carbon, which was good but I could tell the car is more shade protected & higher quality). I also noticed it looks darker from the outside than the inside for ceramic, so that's a good thing to note. Prices are extremely reasonable upon doing some research!! My sister referred me originally but after having only nice experiences, I've also referred them to my other female friends & other sister. They're very sweet & reliable. Ask about cash discount

Oscar at next level tint responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes and was much more reasonable on price for a much better product. His team is also much faster on the tint application, they finished my car in 90 minutes. Tint monsters took 3 hours mainly because they kept jumping between my car and another car. I highly recommend next level tint and will be bringing all my cars here from now on.
