So it starts with moms battleaxe, a hot day, and attempt to fix the problem with cardboard(what can I say we are a DIY family). Anyway moms goes out to leave the house, starts her battleaxe and immediately proceeds to roll down all the windows. After a moment of fixing her mom jeans or whatever it is that moms do for 15mins before driving away(I just don't know what she does for 20mins with the car running!! I assume she is fighting with Siri). Anyway and none the less, before she pulls off she decides she is getting to much cool air and wants to roll her driver window up a bit. Long story short the window doesn't go up, she tells me, I grab duct tape and cardboard, after 10min or so she begins to curse, I suggest taking it to the dealer, moms starts to cry, I say wanna drive down Rosecrans? 10min later we arrive at Universal Glass Service. Junior repaired the window switch on-the-spot in under 30min and for a decent price. What more could we ask for? Price was right, timing was on point, the people were friendly and they even jumped started my moms battleaxe(moms also has a shitty battery in the car, she refers to the battery as 'sensitive'..wtf ..idk) after the repair. I've had window repairs done at the dealer and replaced a window regularity myself on a 04 TSX. If you don't like either of these options make a stop into Universal Glass Service. read more

I called to check if they had the glass in stock for my make, model and year of my car. They said yes to come on in and they could repair the glass within an hour. I drove 15 mins there and asked a Co-worker to follow me. When I got there, they said they didn't have the glass, and couldn't get it for me.
