They were fast and fixed my window quick !!! BUT the price was a little bit over board of what I expected and I asked if the window was the same tint and they promised that but it wasn't. Anyways I would recommend this place 4/5. They do a really good job in fixing the window so I can't complain that much. read more

This is the worst auto glass not the best. Mateo got upset because I didn't buy a window regulator from him. He said it was gonna be $200 for part and labor but I told him that was too much that I was gonna get the part and I got it for $25. Today when I took the car as soon as he saw the part, he said he was broken in three pieces and that he was not gonna do it..I know he was mad and that's the reason he didn't want to fix it. read more

Well what can I say definitely a satisfied Customer. In December 2021 a few weeks before Christmas, my new 2021 Cadillac Escalade passenger window was broken and I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible before the predicted heavy rain storm came the following week. With Christmas just around the corner and it wasn't an expense I was looking forward to. I have been calling different places during the week either they were booked way out or way too expensive. My passenger window replacement was the cheapest price and installed within a few days due to availability. But they were able to find it very quickly. I have been quoting all the auto glass companies on Yelp within the week and found Best Auto Glass to have the best prices as well as the best quality. I will definitely refer this business to all my friends and family. read more

Neighnors kid threw a rock and it broke one of my suv's windows. I went to a couple places on Alameda and they seemed very shady and dirty. Found this shop by accident, I stopped by spoke to the owner, he was very nice, the price was great, they were very clean and efficient. Owner even offered me lunch and a beer while I waited. It's been 2 weeks now and no problems with the window. read more

**UPDATE: it's only been a MONTH and my rear view mirror has come off from my windshield AGAIN! I was putting my sun visor up and the mirror fell off! Such a hassle for this to be happening again! I checked the hours and they are closed on Sunday's so now I'm going to have to wait until monday to call them to get this fixed again!** **i called them Monday but they couldn't make it in the time frame I needed before class, so they said they would come to my home first thing in the morning. I ended up getting a voicemail saying that they stopped by but they missed me, so I called back. I didn't understand why they would call after getting to my house, not before. And then they left. So I called back and told them I'd be outside, ....they said 5 minutes and they'd be back it's currently been 30.** The windshield of my 2014 fiat 500 was cracked and shattered by a golf ball. After getting crazy quotes like $507 to fix it I decided to check yelp-land for evidence of better quotes. (My car is tiny it could not cost half a grand to fix, ridiculous). After reading the reviews from this place I decided to make a call for a quote, where Mathew answered the phone and was very very helpful. I was quoted $265 (included labor and installation) and he even came to me free of charge (I live in Downey). He ordered the part for me from the warehouse and then came the next day to install it. He was very nice and my windshield looks great. I saw a review about water leaks from the windshield but I got my car washed a few days later and I saw absolutely no evidence of any leaks on the inside or faulty installation. One thing that happened though was my rear view mirror was not screwed/glued tightly enough after installation, so it fell off in my hand while I was trying to adjust it. I called Mathew back to explain what happened and he returned to my house and popped the mirror back on. He ended up giving me a discount so I actually only payed $240 for my windshield. Very happy with this place and their service. It turned a stressful incident into nothing to worry about and quickly too. I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield with an amazing price that will save you hundreds of dollars. Thank you Best Auto :) read more

Came in to get a broken side mirror repaired and the staff was so incredibly helpful! It's a small place next to a mechanic shop but they provide great service. The owner and mechanics are friendly and really honest. While I was there I asked them to check my back window that didn't roll down. They checked it out and found a loose wire and simply reconnected it. I'm so glad I came to an honest shop that didn't rip me off. Totally recommend this place. read more

The best! Needed my windshield replaced today because I parked too close to the soccer field. I called Matthew and got a very reasonable quote, so I headed to his shop. The place that stocks the windshield appropriate for my car wasn't going to deliver for a bit, so Matthew personally drove to the distributor and picked one up to put in my car. Once he was back, he and his coworker installed and cleaned the windshield in the blink of an eye. These are very nice guys, who offer fair prices, a great warranty, and excellent work--look no further, here's where you want to bring your car. read more
