I had asked for a quote and just got denied without a reason besides they couldnt serviced it. They already took a day to give me that response so I asked what was the reason because usually buisnesses give you a reason why. Either a part they dont have or theyre too busy etc. But I guess everyone else had a better experience but me and it just shows me if this was the start of the experience then I dont want to know. My 2023 Mercedes EQE 350 was broken into and the dealer was giving me the run around about getting it fixed and my insurance was taking forever to get back to me with a quote. He even discarded the glass and removed it to ensure that I didn't have to do it myself (it did come with a small fee but it was well worth it). Avoid this business. I hired them to change the windshield on my BMW 550. The glass has never been changed, and the car is in pristine condition. The windshield had a line in it, so I wanted it changed before it got worse. The tech that showed up 1 hour late seemed nice enough. What baffled me was- he used a rotary hammer to remove my existing windshield- damaging the metal on the car exposing metal. This methos was totally unnecessary if this guy had the correct tools. These guys do not have wire windscreen removal tool which will do the job of removing the windshield without any damage to the car. Then it got worse. As they placed the new glass down into position- it cracked down the middle. These things can happen I suppose. Since the glue was already down, they had to let it dry or else it would make a big mess if they removed it at that moment. So instead of coming back and correcting this problem- this guy refunded my AMEX, and said sorry, we don't want to come back and fix our mistake. These jokers also threw away the condensation sensor that was on the original glass because they are totally clueless. Bottom line- these guys do not believe in customer service. At the first sign of a problem, they will run away rather than deal with the issue. Avoid them. I will be reviewing the other glass company that cleaned up this mess. read more
