Ok so this jerk (heavy set ARROGANT jerk-off) gave me an estimate on Friday and said he was busy but for me to give him my number and he would call me before he left to fix it for me. I told him I really needed this done the same day or i would go elsewhere and he promised he would do it that day. I waited and waited and waited and this jerk never called me back! Several problems here. The first being general rude behavior. He seemed annoyed by basic questions that anyone in his profession should know about. The integration of sensors near the top of the windshield and the inclusion of acoustic laminated glass. He wasn't able to address either of these questions and responded by being dismissive. There is no way this shop uses proper OEM quality glass at the price quoted. I would expect bargain basement glass if you choose to do business with this shop. The final issue is he said the rock chip couldn't be repaired. A simple upselling trick. I later repaired the chip myself with a $10 kit I bought online. Too many red flags here. Eddie's the best and most reliable. I approached him to replace my cracked windshield and after a few questions we made an appointment. Eddie was super communicative and drove to my neighborhood to fix my windshield. He did the work then and there and safely. He let me know not to drive for 5hrs and not to wash the car for a couple days. I recommend Eddie every time. read more

The owner seemed nice too..however, the only thing is that the very next day both my wife and I got cut from some small pieces of broken glass that was left in the car. I called 4 places locally for my F550 windshield replacement. There was a cheaper place, but you had to go to them and pay cash. The "chain store" was close but WAY higher priced.
