Joel is a man with 20 years experience repairing and replacing auto glass. He made it look so damn easy and quick. Very nice gentleman and definitely has printed receipts ready for when the job is done. The dot I have is barely noticeable so I'm pleased with the work in its entirety. I highly recommend Joel, who I might add is very communicative. That's a huge plus. read more

One of the windshield seals that 'Mobile Auto Glass' replaced when they replaced my windshield blew off while driving. Even after requesting they order me a new one, they just 'ghosted' me and I had to do it myself. When looking at the installation, it was clear they didn't use any sealant to hold the seal in. Further when I went to get my vehicle washed prior to the seal issue one of the corner windshield trim pieces came out in the car wash, it just wasn't installed correctly. Won't be going back. read more

Julio vacuumed all glass debris and cleaned not only the window but also wiped down the entire door inside and out - wow! Great experience! Highly recommend! read more

My son's basketball hoop fell on my Highlander windshield and cracked it. I called Mobile Auto Glass and asked them if they could meet me at my work in Los Angeles to replace it. They came out within 3 hours and brought 2 windshields - 1 with the heating element and 1 without just in case. The windshield was replaced within an hour of arriving and I'm good to go again. Their price was half of what the national chain charged and it looks great. I highly recommend Mobile Auto Glass for your auto glass needs. read more

I am super pleased with the service at mobile auto glass. Some idiot busted my window late night and I called mobile auto glass 30 min before they even opened. Joel was super polite and responsive. They were able to come out within a couple of hours to my work place. When there was a mixup with my part, Joel had the availability to drive all the way to La puente to get the correct one. Everything was back and done before My work day ended. Thanks ! read more

Good price and reliable service. Great communication. 33 characters to go. What else can I say. They replace my windshield on schedule.

Got a quote from this company to replace my windshield on my Tesla. They gave a very good price but I was skeptical so I asked if they needed the VIN number. They said no and asked me for a photo of the windshield. I did just that and they said we are good to go. Fast forward to the appointment date and they arrived and indicated that they have the wrong windshield. They told me they'd have to come back and they'd reach out. They eventually told me they have to order from the Tesla dealer (which I was ok with since I've had a horrible experience at the Tesla dealership). I asked him to let me know what the cost and the eta would be. I never received a response. Overall it was a bad experience NOT because of the wrong windshield but because they never responded to me. To me that's bad customer service. read more

Great service, done in under an hour, great price, great value, and everything looks ace!

Mobile Auto Glass made it easy! I called on a Sunday to make an appointment for the following Tuesday morning. I got a quote over the phone and I couldn't believe how affordable it was to get my windshield replaced. They gave me an appointment time slot of 9am-11am. Come Tuesday morning, the tech called me at 9am on the dot. He was already outside parked next to my car, ready to replace my windshield. It only took him about 45-50 mins and the final result looked fantastic. I'm so happy with the professional service and convenience of Mobile Auto Glass. Highly recommend! read more

I contacted the business through Yelp minutes before they closed on a Thursday and they responded immediately. Fast forward to noon on Friday the next day and Joel was at my work installing a new windshield. Took about one hour. How convenient is that? I naturally expected a longer process. Super responsive and lightening fast. Joel even fixed two trim pieces on my roof just out of courtesy. Those little things are what it's all about. Excellent price. A pleasure to work with. Two weeks after buying my first car, the back side window was broken into while I was parked on the street. I took pictures and got a few quotes from yelp and this one was the cheapest and you have the additional perk of them coming to you. They arrived on time and wore masks. Unfortunately before they ended their service my cars battery died. I panicked but remembered I had jumper cables in the trunk and they were able to jump start my battery and were nice enough to explain how to do it as I'm a new car owner and wanted to know for the future. Incredibly nice guys and great service. Would definitely recommend for any glass repairs! Hopefully I wont be needing them again but if I do I'll give them a call. read more
