Carlos did more damage to my car than the cost of a new windshield. * Broke both side cowl panels on the hood. * Broke my antenna cover. * scratch the hood of my car by opening the hood with the windshield wipers extended. You did this right in front of me. * They glued the old molding back on the windshield. They got glue everywhere. It looks horrible. * The windshield leaks. * They used the hood of my FJ as a work station. I told Carlos what a bad job he did and I'm going straight to the dealership to get the repairs done and getting the windshield put in correctly. Top Notch Customer Service Called to get a quote for replacement glass on a 2005 Pilot (18 year old car). Carlos answered and took down my info -told me he needed to make a call and offered to call me back or text (asked my preference) in about 5-10 minutes. I asked for a text since I was at work. Within 10 minutes I had a quote for the requested glass. Same day service with a Honda Factory piece of glass (not aftermarket) for $260 installed - a VERY fair price!
