Bad service. They promised to come back to put molding on but they never show up. Both father and son are not keeping their word. I am bring them to court to get my money back. Not recommended anyone. Update: Sergio came back today after over a month for the back window molding. He could not put the molding on after the glass already set, the molding could not be curled and stays put at the corner. Finally he gave up and offered to give back half of my money or he will come back another day to take glass off and install molding back together. I couldn't afford for another waiting so i get half money back. I will find a shop that have reliable, knowledge, experience. read more

I hired Sergio to come and replace two windows and my windshield. He showed up to my house on 05/26/2021 to do the work, after completing only one window and the windshield he said the place where he purchased the windows from gave him the wrong size. He said he had called the place and he would have the correct size in the next two days and would come to replace it them. Mind you he was already paid in full. The next morning when I drove my truck the part that hold the camera on the windshield was not on properly so I called him and sent him a message with the image bellow. He said he would fix it later that day. He never came to fix it or answered my calls anymore. I later found out that he was at a Dodger game and that's why he had failed to come and fix his work for me. I kept calling him the following days since he didn't only need to fix that but he still needed to fix one of my windows with no success. Finally on 06/09 he reached out and asked for my address to go and finish the job. He came and did the last window and "fixed" the part of the windshield that wasn't installed correctly. As he is driving away that part pops out again so I called him and he came. When he comes back he keeps trying to excuse as to why it is that way and hitting it with his fist, when I tell him I am recording he agrees to getting a new clip and replacing it and leaves. On 06/11 I reach out to him again and he even asked me to send him a picture of the model number because he was going to call the dealer for the part. Time passes and nothing. I reach out AGAIN on 06/21 and he gives me a sorry excuse and blames it on the dealer. I reach out AGAIN on 06/29 and again with his excuses and blaming the dealer. I reached out again today 07/12 and he tells me the dealer "doesn't have the part" and that he is going to come and glue the part together. As I answer I will reach out to the dealer and see if that's the proper way to go about it and ask if they have the part in stock for you, his response "the dealer is going to tell you something different but I know better than them" I responded with I would like my vehicle to be properly fixed instead of getting a Mickey Mouse job done. When he responded with "okay take it to the dealer and you should be set, I've been patient enough to with you so you handle it" lol now it's time to take him to court for the simple fact that he was paid for a job in full as he claims his business is a professional business and he failed to complete the job the proper way. If you are reading this save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This guy was sent to me by someone I know and yet he still was very unprofessional and did a horrible job. He didn't replace my clip that he broke during the process of replacing my windshield and not to mention all the excessive glue coming out of my window that he replaced. Sergio and his helper provided a mobile service to fix a nickel-sized chip on my truck on April 16, 2019. It'd appeared to be fixed when they said they were done. Before he left, Sergio made a point about how he will promptly take care of any unsatisfactory work. On my way home that day, I'd noticed that the chip wasn't completely fixed. The size of the chip was reduced to a dime size but still remained. I'd texted a photo of the remaining chip and asked him to return to fix it. He wanted me to call him back a few days later to schedule a fix. I called two days later, only to have him tell me the same thing, 'call him back.' I called three more times, each time being told to call him back later since he is too busy. The last time I'd called, he said I had to come to a place 18 miles away to get it fixed. I protested that I'd paid for a mobile service and that I shouldn't have to be made to chase him down. He said I have to meet him half way, since he is trying to do me a favor. Do me a favor? This was not acceptable. I gave up. Sergio clearly had no intention to follow up with the complete fix. He certainly sounds good before you pay him. But a completely different tune once he gets paid. I should've stopped payment on the check but I tend to trust people. Sergio certainly did not provide the service he claims to provide. I do not recommend Sergio or his outfit. A waste of money and valuable time. In any case, I don't think this guy even reads this stuff or cares what his customers think. (I actually didn't call this guy. I'd called someone else but they sent him instead. So, before you have anyone start work, check his license first. If he is Sergio, do not let him touch your car.) read more

Absolutely Horrible! Never use. Tons of air leaked through the windshield. If you go over 20 mph it sounds like you are in a wind tunnel. I had a simple chip on the windshield - he replaced the glass but completely botched the job. I called him repeatedly to fix his botched job and he never showed up on multiple occasions.
