Jansen was able to stop the spread and fill in a ~18in crack on my Tesla roof. He was very responsive and professional. We dropped the car off at his home and less than an hour later it was ready for pickup. The cost was reasonable and I'd definitely go back! read more

Went to Jansen with a cracked windshield. Before starting, he explains what he does and what to expect. With that in mind, there was still minor imperfections when he finished the job, but it is drastically improved and he finished in less time than estimated. He repairs the glass by sealing the crack with resin, preventing it from spreading. Jansen is personable and will keep you up to date on his progress. Great work. If you want brand new looking glass, buy a brand new windshield. If you need minor chip and crack repair, call Jansen. read more

I am not sure why so many negative reviews regarding his customer service. I was recommended by a friend that Jansen fix his windshield about 10 years ago. I called Jansen and he asked me to text a picture and text him, which I did. He quoted me $70 to fix the crack and I agreed to meet him at his house. As soon as I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and started the process. Around 20 minutes later, my windshield was complete done and there are no more cracks and the glass was smooth. If you have a crack on your car windshield (I hope not), but Jansen is the guy you want to call. read more

Excellent service quick repair and very reliable and affordable will come again if any damages pop up on the road again!

I take very good care of my 2021 vehicle. While driving down the street a small object hit and chipped my windshield. I was not happy. I don't even have anyone to blame, as I have no idea where that object came from. I wasn't near anyone. Looking at YELP , I found Jansen. He was less than a mile from my home. He agreed to see me a few hours after I called, and had the repair done quickly (about 20 minutes). The repair isn't invisible, (that would have been a miracle) but it is far better and I can live with it. I don't have to worry about it growing larger. read more

Spent the day in traffic to visit this location . I arrived to a house . The web pages said this place should have been open but no one was at the address . I attempted to call, no one answered . Don't go here or trust any hours of operation. Terrible work ethics . What a waste of time . read more

The repair person is responsive when initially wanting your business, but don't expect him to respond if you have issues down the line with the work. There were a few things that bothered me about about this business, I will list them out. Overall I would not recommend. 1. He quoted one price over the phone after seeing the photos I sent him, but once I got there he said he would need to charge more since the crack was bigger than he thought. I said ok and still paid, but the point is you should stand by a quote you provide. 2. Around a month goes by and the crack got bigger. I texted him and called because he said there was a 1 year warranty. No response from him. I should have just changed my windshield out instead of trying to come here to fix it. read more

Jansen, Thank for the excellent service for my GTR and stopping the crack from getting bigger. You were on time, polite, friendly, and most of all professional. I will bring all my cars to you from now on. Thank you Again! :) -George T read more

Jansen does mobile windshield repairs ONLY, he does not replace windshields. This is actually an advantage because 1, you keep your higher quality OEM windshield, 2, he will FIX your windshield like it was new. I had a half dollar sized star crack, with 4 cracks from the hit (pictured), I had someone TRY to fix it but failed miserably, so that's when I found Jansen. He is super professional, and with the best attitude. My windshield on my brand new 2013 VW CC is back, good as new with no visible cracks. Jansen fixed my crack in less than 20 minutes and cured the resin, I was back on the road and already able to get a car wash. Thank you Jansen! read more

First thing people need to know when looking to have this type of service done is the difference between having a windshield repaired and replaced. I bring this up because while I was doing my research, I found a lot of folks giving companies low star ratings because they did not know the difference between the two. Many companies that replace your windshield, will not provide an OEM windshield as the replacement. If keeping your original windshield is crucial, then call up Jansen right away! Don't let the crack sit there too long. However, keep in mind, he provides repair services...NOT REPLACEMENT. That being said, don't expect your windshield to look brand new when he is done. I think in this line of work, you can't really guarantee anything until it is done. So don't be a jerk when he is done and say something on the lines of "hey, I can still see the crack". Remember, the service offered is REPAIR. Also, if you have financial limits and your comprehensive coverage does not cover this issue, then I would say it's worth paying $80 to repair it, than pay approximately $250 to have it replaced. Jansen gets 5 stars because not only did he save me $$$, but he even came to me. For us folks in LA who know how painful traffic can be, that made the experience even better. read more

Jansen is very pleasant to deal with. He came to my car, in just about 15 minutes. This is my first experience with windshield repair. I'm satisfied that the crack will probably not grow (as it had started to)--but time will tell. I have say, that I'm disappointed that the crack is still visible--but $80 is better than $300, on a car I expect to sell in 12 months. If it were newer, I would choose to replace the windshield. read more

Jansen did a quick service. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable and friendly. I will return if I encounter another unfortunate rock chip. read more

Jansen is the man! Prompt! Arrived exactly when he said he would! Quick, REALLY good at what he does & let me hover/ask questions while he worked. Very fair pricing & kept me from having a huge headache returning a rental car! (18wheeler kicked a pebble which chipped the windshield! Annoying way to start a trip to S.F.) Jansen fixed the chip made it look great! Now i'm off the hook! Thanks Jansen! Thanks also for putting up with my broken Vietnamese! read more

Jansen is honest, reliable and on time! He's also less expensive than the big auto glass businesses. I was going to try one of the do-it-yourself kits, but am so happy I called Jansen. He also was very informative in explaining the value of keeping the original glass in your car. Great guy, great service! read more

DON'T USE THIS GUY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS. The repair he assured me he could do was at best half done, leaving me wondering why I paid him at all. Now I have to figure out how to fix my windshield myself. Buyer Beware. read more

I called Jansen the same day a rock hit my windshield and I got a small chip on my windshield. He was very accessible and asked that I take my car to his place in Gardena. My wife's brand-new car got a small crack from a rock flying into her windshield. She was very upset and worried that it would spider and get worse. Jansen met me and fixed the windshield in less than 30 minutes. He used some sort of high-tech resin that perfectly filled the crack and cured it with a UV light. Now the windshield is as good as new, and my wife is much happier. read more

I've had better, and much cheaper. He did drive to my house, which is a good thing. But was unprepared (didn't have a way to reach the windshield of my van, so I went and found him a step stool).
