Quick, friendly service. Prices are of great value, comparable or lower to competitors in the area. Loved that they could come to my house to do the full windshield replacement and they didn't need me for much except moving the car into an accessible location and payment at the end. They use your VIN # to ensure exact replacements, if that's what you want. It has been a month or two since my service with them and the glass still looks amazing, no issues or concerns what so ever. Will use again in the future! read more

The best customer service & experience hands down!! We are shipping our cars over to Hawaii & found out last minute (literally a day before they were scheduled to ship) that the cars windshields and/or windows cannot have any cracks, or they will not be accepted. Messaged Express Auto Glass for a quote to have our windshield replaced, & Elan the owner responded very quickly. I let him know our situation, & informed him that we needed our windshield replaced immediately for our car to make it to the port on time. Elan got back to me with an exact price after taxes (which was CHEAPER than all the other business I received quotes from) AND he was able to schedule me for an appointment ASAP. They come to you, which is extremely convenient! (Especially for mom's who don't want to drag their kids around especially during this pandemic, & have to keep them occupied at a shop while work is being done.) I ended up switching my location from Orange County to LA county last minute, & they were still able to get me in!! At an earlier time too! Which was great since we were scheduled to drop our car off that same day. Oscar the service representative, called to let us know his ETA & was very friendly. Really nice guy, knocked out the replacement super quick & did a superb job! Even gave us some tips on enjoying El Salvador (he's Salvadoran lol) From the very first interaction with Express Auto Glass, to the completion of service I'd rate them 11/10, and would HIGHLY recommend! They had excellent communication, their prices are unbeatable, they addressed all of our questions & concerns politely & efficiently, and they even worked with us when we realized we paid the wrong amount (our mistake). I am extremely satisfied, happy to have found a company of great quality & value, & our car is now ready to be shipped! They've helped us so much in such a short amount of time. Will definitely be referring them to everyone! Thank you again Elan & Oscar! read more

Express Auto Glass - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me

I foolishly made an appointment with Safelite (SL) because they market themselves all over the place and I was unsure of where to go. I went onto the SL website and pre-paid for a chip repair ($143 + $19.99 obligatory mobile fee). Long story short Safelite completely burned me and lost a forever customer alongside any word of mouth recommendations. I nervously decided to look elsewhere and found Express Auto Glass. I was a extremely apprehensive because these days it's hard to trust anybody with your car. Elan responded to my quote request within minutes and was very kind and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and I think for him he wants people to be educated about their windshields over trying to sell (even though selling is important too). We were able to set up an appointment relatively quickly however Mother Nature kept bugging out and pushing the date back which was nobodies fault. Elan made sure to keep in touch instead of lagging it and acting like he didn't care. We watched the weather over the next few days and snuck in an appointment when we had at least 24h worth of sunshine. He showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He didn't charge me some atrocious fee to come to my house. The mobile fee was all of $0.00. Along with being personable very personable, he was straightforward and honest. He laid out the best and worst case scenarios and then gave his experienced opinion about how he thought it would turn out. I went into the house to feed the dogs and was impressed when I came back out. He was freaking done with the work. I was kind of expecting to pay $150-$175 for the rock chip repair Which was fine because Elan was well worth it. I was wrong yet again. not only did he fix the chip in under 20 minutes but h only charged me $65. I was on the verge of crying because ever since the virus hit, you don't get a lot of good news at work. Elan informed me that if there's any discoloration or spreading of the chip to give him a call and he will come out ASAP to see what he can do.Now that's what I call phenomenal customer service. read more

Unclear if this business is still open. Allows you to set an appointment but days later and no response or confirmation (and of course didn't show up for the appointment). Phone number from their support links on the website doesn't seem to work (it's a google voice number that may or may not be active?). Texted and no reply as well. Emailed and no reply back. If I hear back and they resolve this happy to change my rating. read more

My issue was small: a rock crack in my windshield. I searched for cost-effective, well-reviewed businesses to repair it and I landed on Express Auto Glass as the business for me. The process to book an appointment was fast, easy, and done entirely online. The team was kind and they set me up with my appointment in no time. My windshield crack was fixed today and the technician was amazing. He was very kind, worked very quickly, and walked me through what he did once he finished. He answered all my questions and was very kind about it. I would recommend this business to anyone that knows as little about cars as me, because they are so knowledgable and helpful. read more

Very happy with the overall experience. I appreciate people and companies that do quality work. Will use them again. I have been fixing up an older Tacoma and was unsuccessful trying to find OEM Pilkington glass for the year of my truck. I do not like the quality and distortion of some of the cheaper Aftermarket glass brands. I did some online research and found out that the newer model Tacomas windshield was dimensionally the same, but listed as a different part number due to some minor differences like GoPro camera mount and slightly different rearview mirror mount. I originally tried the large national chain most people use, but they would not agree to installing a windshield that was not listed to fit my year of truck. After a few more calls to local South Bay shops I ran across Express Auto Glass. A guy named Elan spent a lot of time with me on the phone and thru text locating the Pilkington windshield I was looking for and confirmed with his installer Oscar that what I had read online was correct and the windshield would fit. Oscar also suggested using the newer style weather stripping seals as well. They were able to get the glass from their supplier in a day and came to my house to install. Thank you Express Auto Glass for taking the time to answer all my questions and do things right. read more

I had a full windshield replacement done. Outstanding service. They were very communicative, reliable, and quick. Their quote was also lower than others I received. They came onsite and completed the work right in my carport. The staff was friendly, careful with their work, and cognizant to make sure their truck was not impeding my neighbors. I would go with them again for any other repair needs I have. read more

Elan and Oscar made the whole process very user-friendly. I liked that I could handle everything from my phone. Our relatively new Lexus passenger side window was shattered by a rock thrown off of our gardener's mower. We needed it fixed correctly, and fast! Express Auto Glass to the rescue. They gave us a great price and showed up the next morning to fix it in 30 minutes. Elan was very helpful and responsive on the phone and online. The window looks great. Because they aren't one of the "big" names in Auto Glass repair, we were a little hesitant. But, they did a great job at a better price. So all's well that ends well. (After it was already fixed, we finally heard from the Lexus repair place. Too late and too expensive.) read more
