Ivan and his team not only brought my vision to life, but were also incredibly communicative. Ivan truly listened to my requests and made it a reality! His team is hardworking, professional and thorough with their work. They always ensured that the project site was clean at the end of the day. We did our front and backyard in two phases. Ivan made the front yard dog friendly for our 3 retrievers and turned the backyard into something you see straight out of a magazine! If you're looking for a hardworking, fair priced and communicative team, reach out to Ivan at Majestic Landscape and Construction! He made our first house feel like a HOME. Bonus points for creating a fun area for my dogs, too! They loved Ivan and his team!

They tore up a large backyard bed and laid down sod, pressure washed all of my hardscape and driveway, brought in and distributed mulch in all my garden beds, and trimmed some trees. We hired Michael and team to do a master bath and half bath remodel Feb-Mar 2025 and they did an…read moreexcellent job. The master bath was about 60sq ft (excluding alcove shower) in a 1999 3-story condo, and the job scope included: demolish/remove original alcove tub, sinks, vanity, mirror, vinyl flooring, baseboards install new tub with 12x24" tile shower walls install new shower fixtures at taller height install 12x12" tile flooring install new plywood, solid-door vanity install new porcelain sinks and hardware install shower curtain rod install vanity backsplash tile install tile baseboards The half bath was about 25sq ft and the job scope included: install new toilet with appropriate flange install new stand-alone vanity install sink fixture Michael and Chevy did the work themselves and met every timeline. Michael was responsive and communicative, quickly notifying us of changes. He got the job done with high-quality standards and within a reasonable timeframe, despite delays and set backs. For example, in late Feb 2025 there was a significant snow/ice storm that delayed the project by 2 days. Michael showed up on the weekends to continue the job to try and make up time. He was consistent, reliable, and transparent. Another example: Our master bath floor was not level enough for the tile, and Michael was clear and open about what had to be done to get the job finished to a top-quality standard. It added a couple days to the timeframe (and some cost), but the final result was well worth it. Last example: The half bath toilet flange had several errors from the original build and contractor work, and the toilet we bought had a manufacturing defect (leak) we found after installing the toilet. Despite these obstacles and added time, Michael brought the flange to code, uninstalled the defective toilet, and installed the defect-free replacement. There were several curveballs with our job and Michael handled them professionally and courteously, making sure we were involved with every change decision along the way. We are thinking about hiring him for our second (guest) bath remodel, and wish him all the success a small business owner can have!

BUYER BEWARE! Our…read moreexperience was shockingly bad. Jonathan Nash was short tempered with us and used F-bombs, expletives and personal insults when we simply called to ask about the progress of our job. I was caught off guard. It was such a rapid escalation of a simple follow up call. Who does that?! We found the lack of professionalism to be absolutely astounding. By contrast, and to be fair, the workers themselves were kind and professional. Despite Chris Nash being highlighted on the website, the son, Jonathan Nash said he purchased the business recently, and NW Arbor-Culture is no longer owned by his father Chris (who, as I understand, had a wonderful hard earned reputation over 20+ years for quality and integrity). Based on my experience, I would urge you to look elsewhere for your tree service. There are many quality arborist out there to choose from. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. The system was…read moresupposed to be protected from freezing but the lines were not pitched properly so several lines did not drain back out as designed. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

While some aspects were positive - the yard…read moredesign is improved and the installation crew was hard-working - there were many frustrations, primarily with poor communication and follow through. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

They said nothing to the homeowners, nothing to the cable company, and nothing to me when (after an hour of no cable) I went outside and asked one of them if they had cut a line, because we had lost service. He ignored me. They said nothing to anyone on the entire block...all lost service for the entire day. Finally, a Comcast tech was dispatched.. I talked to him when he showed up. So did several other neighbors. He said that he had been in the neighborhood all day, and that if anyone would have called in and reported a damaged line he could've fixed it easily! He got it repaired in less than 30 min. But that's what pisses me off the most...if they would've just said something it would've been fixed. I learned today that they were fined $3000 for cutting the line/not reporting it. This made me feel a little bit better. I had a prior experience with them about 2 years ago as well. They were doing a concrete job a few houses down and one day I couldn't figure out what in heck all of the obnoxious hammering was. It went on for over an hour before I went down the road to ask how long they'd be doing this. To my surprise I found 3 morons standing around a wheelbarrow, BS'ing while waiting for the cement truck. One of them had a length of rebar, and was just pounding on this thing, over and over and over for A F**KING HOUR, trying to remove some dried cement maybe? I don't know, but it was ridiculous that these idiots would cause such a disturbance without even considering that people live 50 feet in any direction! If you want to piss off your neighbors, hire these guys!
