We contacted several people/companies to give a quote to replace our entire fence and YTO was on our list. YTO came out within a few days to take a look and had an estimate to me that same night. They said they would be able to reuse our steel post which helped drop the price a little bit. After getting all quotes, YTO came in the lowest and the price was more than fair! We decided to proceed with YTO and he even offered to start just a couple days later if we wanted, but he did not pressure us to start fast as he more emphasized that he could accommodate whatever would work best for us (which I appreciated since I don't like being pressured). When we had them out, Yusdel and team did a wonderful job on our fence!! We had about 185 square feet and they did it all in 1 day. It was seriously amazing, they worked so hard and it looks fantastic! The quality of the materials were so much better than the original fence too. They perfectly copied the original style of fence (required by our HOA), but using cedar. Our neighbors kept coming out and YTO team members were so patient with dealing with them as well. We agreed to share the expense of our section of the fence and called Fenceman in. Not only did they do a great job on the estimate, but because we were only paying for the 1/3 of the fence that we share, Fenceman broke the estimate down to our part alone. And they did the same with the neighbors on the other side. The workers arrived on time to demo the old fence, which wasn't hard because it was falling down. I had been patching with boards to cover the dog damage and support the rotted fence posts for several years. They worked quick, were very friendly and then set the new metal posts! No more rotted fence posts! A few days later they returned to complete the job after the cement had fully set on the metal posts. Again, they worked quickly, obviously took pride in their work because you could see and hear them making sure everything was perfect. There are several fence companies in Vancouver, but if you ask me, Fenceman is the best deal in town.

They will not provide receipt of payment in full as well. 7 days after completion they will not fix even though I have 12 months in contract. They also refuse to provide a receipt of payment.
