We like the "made in the USA" Factor and the customer service, and our dog loves the food!

Let me start by saying - I HATE schlepping the 50 lb. bag of dry dog food from the store to the car, from the car to the house and then filling the bin... Hate Hate Hate it! While Hate may be a strong word... some days my back is just not ready to do that kind of heavy lifting. I found these guys at the Mighty Texas Dog walk a year ago. They were handing out generous samples and promoting their natural dog food. I brought the samples home and the dogs gobbled it up. The product boasts whole meats, no by-products, made in the USA and best of all - FREE delivery. Not only do they deliver, they fill your dog food bin and haul off the empty bags. Dog food already in the bin, they rotate it to the top after they have filled with the new food. Now that is what I call service. They even gave me a complimentary food scoop and sample treats on their first visit. They take cash, checks and credit cards. If you are not home, just leave the bin at the door and they will fill it for you. They get to know your usage and call you when you might be running low to re-order, or you can call or order on-line. A 50lb. bag of Lamb and Rice is $50.50 a bag... much better price per lb. than those healthy store options. My dogs love it. I feel better giving them natural options. AND - I have my own personal delivery guy making my life all the easier. If you want to sample - call them and they will be happy to deliver a sample when they are in your area. My Great Dane has had digestive issues since we got her. She is now a year old. She was constantly having diarrhea and other issues. Now that we have switched her over to this great dog food she is doing great. No stomach issues at all. She feels good and plays hard. I am thrilled to find a food she likes and makes her feel good. Tammera and Andy are so kind. They have literally gone completely out of their way to serve us. We are so impressed with their customer service. We appreciate them and feel like we are apart of a small town due to delivery of dog food. Now if they would just open up a grocery store that would deliver nutritional meals to my family, I would be thrilled. I have been getting my dog food from Andy and Tamara for somewhere near three years now. Free delivery, high quality dog food and one click ordering keeps me coming back. Where the other commenter Kim P. feels a little less love with the email and calls, I actually love it. I get reminders and can literally click one link and it's done. I recently adopted two additional dogs and therefore my orders are more frequent. I got a call from Jennifer yesterday to make sure I had not accidentally ordered food the night before, because my previous order was so recent. I told her it was not a mistake. She wanted to make sure I was not charged in error. Where else do you get that kind of service? She even gave me some tips for ordering multiple bags and saving money. I will never buy dog food from thr store ever again! I could write pages and pages about the awesomeness of this dog food. I use the salmon dog food, and it has cured my dogs of their allergies, itchy skin conditions, and gas. It also brought my slightly over weight dog back it to the normal weight range. It is slightly more expensive than what I was using before (science diet) , but it is well worth it ( I buy 4 bags at a time for the discount). All three of my dogs love it. I recently got a new dog and was feeding him some quality dog food. It was highly rated and my new doggie seemed to like it. However, he was having soft stools which is not good. I happened to stumble on the booth Nature's Select had at the Pecan Street Festival and spoke with them about my concerns. I received a sample bag of the New Zealand dog food and decided to try it out. One thing I liked was that while they were explaining their food, they mentioned they are rated 4 stars on a dog food rating website and from what I told them it seemed like the food I was feeding was most likely 4 stars as well. I looked it up later and they were correct! I was thinking that if both dog foods are 4 stars, will Nature's Select really be that different? But I gave my dog the sample pack and it seemed to help firm up his stools so I decided to go for it. I am so glad I did! It has made a tremendous difference! Ordering was easy and I received it the next day. Price was comparable and even slightly better than what I was feeding him already.
