She was pulling away, not growling, or anything. They put a muzzle on her, which would be understandable if she was aggressive in anyway, partner was put off by this. We decided to get a second opinion and took him to see Dr. Jorgensen. Dr. Jorgensen took the time to thoroughly review the X-rays, explained what was happening, walked us through all our options, and suggested trying a few safe methods to help it pass naturally before rushing into surgery. There was no pressure, just honest and knowledgeable care! Because of him, Skip avoided surgery completely and saved us thousands of dollars! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and their prices were nearly half of what we were originally quoted at the first vet!
