She had multiple growths and had lived 17 long, good years. Well, once we moved she seemed to go downhill quickly. The growth doubled in size. She was visibly in pain. We made and appointment and when we met with Dr. Ussery she confirmed what we had discussed when we made the appointment. It was time. The cancer had spread. She was hurting. So we put down our sweet Cleo and these ladies were so gracious. One of the vet techs was hugging me while I broke down. I will always remember the kindness they showed us. And how they loved on sweet Cleo until her final breath. I am so thankful they helped us end her suffering in a loving way.

They sure do know how to make more money though. They charge a convenience fee of $40 in order to have another groomer help handle the dog. Well for one, my dog isn't aggressive. Has NEVER shown any signs of aggression, we have 3 kids and have never worried of our dog being aggressive or too hard to handle. You'd think that if they'd charge extra for handling him they'd at least do a decent job. That wasn't the case for us. Our poor dog got cut many times, and a severe cut near his private area. There was no mention of it when picked up, so extremely poor communication skills. This isn't the first time this has happened, he's gotten minor cuts in previous groomings but never this bad.

Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

At the first implementation of the Bark Buster's "BAH", my dog ran and hid in a corner. Amanda insisted the dog was just "figuring it out". After less than 24 hours of implementing the BAH, my dog had resumed chewing walls (which he hadn't done in months) and BIT ME when I BAH'ed at him. This method is not good for aggressive/reactive dogs - it was making the issue worse. Amanda offered to do "other things" to help my dog, but the damage is already done. My dog associates her with this negative method. Continuing would be HARMFUL to my animal, yet Amanda only refunded $300 and kept $1995, as that is the difference between the 1 year contract (which I was never offered initially) and the lifetime contract and said she would continue to support me for a year. Any ETHICAL business would not even suggest continuing a training method that was making a dog fearful, anxious or more aggressive. Any ETHICAL business would not charge $1995 for a 3 hour session. Any ETHICAL business would also not run payments through a personal Venmo account. Please refund my $1995 immediately. This was an absolute scam and continuing this training method in any way, shape or form would be pyschologically harmful to my dog. I paid for a lifetime of dog training - NOT for someone to come in and BAH at my dog, scare him and make his aggression worse. This business is a scam. Their contract (which is on the bottom of the invoice provided AFTER I paid) says that after the 1st session, payment is considered "earned in full". Please explain to me how you earned a fee for a year of dog training in a single 3 hour session..... As of 10.23.26, Amanda has reviewed my very generous offer to let her keep $450 of the $1995 ($150/hr X 3 hours). She has not made a counter offer for a refund. She keeps pushing me to have a phone conversation rather than a written email record of our discussion. There is nothing to discuss. An ethical business would put any discussion of a refund or a customer complaint in writing.

Sadly, she was in a lot of pain and we made the heartbreaking decision to have her put to sleep. The veterinarian and staff were incredibly kind, gentle and supported throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about how well they treated our little dog and our family. I had my grandson with me and a staff member took him to look at animals in the store while my daughter and I stayed with our precious dog through the process. The people who work here truly care, and we will always be grateful for their compassion.

Today I came in to the vet with my dog Tokio, who had matted hair around the tips of his ears which I was very confused about because it seemed like something else was going on under there. When i took him here, the lady at the front desk for the vet office was incredibly sweet and super nice, told me they were taking tokio to the back to cut his hair then keep updating me. She then came back and told me she thinks tokio got into a pile of ants and they bit him all around his ears (which makes sense because tokio is the most adventurous dog i know). Overall, the visit was super helpful. they gave us antibibotics, and a list of other ways to clean his ears so they don't get more infected.
