She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

When calling Tickle-Blagg Animal Hospital to set up an appointment, the staff was very helpful and friendly to get a appointment set. Needed to establish care for my dog. When the technician and doctor came in to do the check up on my pet, they were very professional. Answered all questions and provided next steps that were needed. I am glad that I found this vet. It is very comforting to know that there is a vet that cares for your pet needs. Pricea a reasonable. Checking out and setting up for next appointments was smooth sailing . The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This is the place where I will be taking my cats and dog to for all their vet needs. Was bringing in my cats for a weigh and medication, unfortunately my kitty poo'd himself and it got into his fur just before arriving. I asked for some supplies to clean him up with (I didn't ask them to clean him for me just like a dab of shampoo and a spray bottle or something to clean it up) and after some begging they gave me 5 sheets of paper towel... Mind you I wasn't just coming off the street I had been with them for 2 years, called ahead and paid over $200 for medicine today. If you know anything about cats they are absolute clean freaks and already stressed out enough being outside of the house and these people couldn't care in the slightest that he's covered in his own filth. Then they had the audacity to say well if you had an exam appointment we'd be happy to clean him up for you! Real good that does me plus I wasn't even asking them to clean him up I had zero problem doing it myself. If that doesn't scream "I don't care about your animals" then I don't know what does. Front office has always been rude and demeaning but the saving grace has always been that the actual vet was nice and knowledgeable. Not looking forward to vet shopping but I'll be damned if I ever go back here.
