Which we took him specifically to get a haircut. Not only that but we paid $92 for a bath and nails cut amongst a few small other things but no haircut. I would have thought for $92 he would have had his haircut. But they said that would have been another $15. The environment when walking in was really nice though. They had a little store and treats and food. Our dogs name was actually on a sign outside when we pulled up welcoming here which was a sweet surprise. He did leave with a nice size sample of food they let us try. Not sure if we will be back bc of the pricing but our dog did smell great from the wash and they were friendly.

She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

She had bits of debris and filth we couldn't remove from a normal bathing. I saw that RoP was open ON A SUNDAY and decided to reach out very late in the evening via the text option. I thought due to the late hour I wouldn't hear back until the following morning if I was lucky. Instead, my text was answered almost immediately. The owner, Ashley, was very considerate of our situation and was able to fit us in the following day. My husband took our sweet, scared little pup to her appointment and was greeted by Ashley and her staff. Even though my pup was very scared and peed on herself 2x, they kindly gave her a rewash and were patient with a gentle demeanor throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to take her back. Below are before and after photos.

The second time I came and they said they weren't doing walk ins because they were extremely busy but I understood since it was the weekend before thanksgiving but the front-desk man was not very friendly. I finally brought him in the next morning and they convinced me not only to do a trim but to get him bathed. I came back 3 hours later to see if he was ready because I hadn't received a call. They said "it'll be 10-15 minutes" and I looked and my boy was still kenneled up and appeared to be unattended to. I came back in 30 minutes and he was definitely bathed but they only trimmed his feet. And my boy has long hair and he can't see a few days after his cut. They rushed the process to get him done and over with. I would have much preferred to wait to get it done correctly. $40 dollars is an awful lot for a bath!! I'm off to find a new groomer

However, I am first and foremost my pets' advocate and caretaker, and PetSmart has been my go to company for 40+ years. So my current rating is based strictly on my experience last two times that I have had my elder Great Pyrenees washed and brushed out, at two different locations. I am less unhappy with the latter than the former. Here is what I am most frustrated with. Both times I spent a lot of effort to communicate, and confirm they heard, that his mane, skirts and layers where not to be touched. The first time, his mane was 3" shorter and his skirts were "feathered"... this time, overall a much better experience yet, once again, I was not listened to. I very specifically said, no cutting or trimming anywhere except to trim his fuzzy paws. I even called out potential mats between his legs... I said if they find a mat that they can't work out with conditioner, to leave it! So-- Why did you shave his belly?
