She had bits of debris and filth we couldn't remove from a normal bathing. I saw that RoP was open ON A SUNDAY and decided to reach out very late in the evening via the text option. I thought due to the late hour I wouldn't hear back until the following morning if I was lucky. Instead, my text was answered almost immediately. The owner, Ashley, was very considerate of our situation and was able to fit us in the following day. My husband took our sweet, scared little pup to her appointment and was greeted by Ashley and her staff. Even though my pup was very scared and peed on herself 2x, they kindly gave her a rewash and were patient with a gentle demeanor throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to take her back. We switched from another groomer who took forever to check him out because their operations were too large and disorganized. The last time I took him to Anna's in February the price was significantly cheaper. The cut wasn't as good but also he had to be shaved cause his hair was all matted. Not the groomer's fault. I tried to book another appointment and I asked the woman why the price difference. She looked at his profile and said it's 25 lbs dog. I said "my dog is 17 lbs, so was I changed the wrong amount all those other times?" She offered to have the owner call me. Owner never called. I called back a day later to cancel the appointment that I booked because our dog didn't quite need it yet but I still wanted to chat with the owner. I explained the situation and I got such inconsistent messaging. She first told me some groomers charge by weight but they do not. I told her I wasn't the one who brought up weight and correlation to price, the person working for her did. She then said the groomer usually makes a judgement on what price and she allows them to charge what they want. Then towards the end she said most of them charge the prices she sets. She explained that the last woman I had was an apprentice and new so she charged a lower price to begin with but by the end of her 5 month rotation, she charged about the same as the rest of groomers. The entire convo was really awkward and circular. I think I'll be finding a new place after that experience.

I didn't have a specific haircut in mind, just knew my pup was overdue (it had been about 3 months) and needed a good summer cut. I told her to do whatever she thought would look best, and she absolutely delivered. When I picked him up, he looked so darn cute! I even told her, "whatever you did, it's perfect." Not only did she do a fantastic job on my fur baby, but she was also such a pleasure to work with--so sweet and kind. I'm so happy I found her and will definitely be coming back!

It is tucked away on the side of the building but easy enough to see and located conveniently to me. Aside from the location, the owner was very prompt, communicated with me via text when my dog was ready to be picked up, and offered competitive rates. I am always happy to support a small business. Having a nervous mini schnauzer and a very negative experience with our last groomer, I was apprehensive about taking her to get groomed again. Debra redeemed our "grooming experience" and we will definitely be back! My dog was happy, calm and looked great when I picked her up! Ashley(sp?) did fantastic. She is really experienced with all forms and temperaments and was able to get those nails finally clipped without him having a melt down. I've already got him another appointment because I just do not see anyone else doing as good a job with him!

Ashley and new young lady, Madison who I met are the best ever ladies that take great care of my bichon frise /poodle rescue from 1.5years old and now is 11 years young. I believe Coco is mostly poodle and very clever. She has an innocent soul. Perhaps old soul that we had life together. Who knows, but Coco is my delightful fur babe! Our first dog came out slightly panicked but normal for him. Our second dog was timid, and jumpy. Which is normal for her, however she never is aggressive, never lunging towards anyone. She was pulling away, not growling, or anything. They put a muzzle on her, which would be understandable if she was aggressive in anyway, partner was put off by this. Great for a convenience (that's it), however won't be back.
