The girl on the phone was extremely rude and short tempered, basically accused me of lying and said either keep Wednesday or cancel and didn't ever apologize or seem concerned about loss of business, time, etc. if you don't value my business, then you won't get my business. This is why phone etiquette is important, because my dog and I always enjoyed going here before this situation was handled so poorly. I'd rather pay more to be treated respectfully (not that they were inexpensive by any means).

August is truly amazing! He answered my call right away when I reached out to schedule an…read moreappointment. I have a Siberian Husky, and he's clearly the go-to expert when it comes to this breed. I explained that it had been about a year since her last grooming and that she had just lost her husky brother -- this would be her first visit to the groomer without him. August was incredibly compassionate and made sure Sierra felt loved and cared for throughout the entire experience. He kept me updated during the day, which I really appreciated. I had my two kids with me during both drop-off and pick-up, and he was so patient and accommodating with all of us. Sierra looked like a brand-new dog when I picked her up. August truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with her grooming. Thank you so much, August!

She accommodated our needs to make Cami feel as comfortable as possible. It's a tough to find place but well worth it, the parking is nearly 100% shaded which is awesome in the Texas summer. Pricing is spot on and below the 'box store' rates. I will be using them exclusively now for Cami's nails when in the past I went to petsmart. Thank you PL&P!

Had an appointment for our sweet dog…read more The pricing online was very hard to understand. So much so that when I picked up my dog his hair wasn't cut. Which we took him specifically to get a haircut. Not only that but we paid $92 for a bath and nails cut amongst a few small other things but no haircut. I would have thought for $92 he would have had his haircut. But they said that would have been another $15. The environment when walking in was really nice though. They had a little store and treats and food. Our dogs name was actually on a sign outside when we pulled up welcoming here which was a sweet surprise. He did leave with a nice size sample of food they let us try. Not sure if we will be back bc of the pricing but our dog did smell great from the wash and they were friendly.

Before heading to the venue, the bride-to-be decided to knock over a garbage can and dig for a treat. She was happy to have day old spaghetti hanging off her head and a Snickers wrapper stuck to her tail. We were short on time and in danger of being late for the big event. CJ greeted us as we stormed into Wolf Gang in a panic. She assured us that we could remain calm and they would fix everything. A nice groomer rushed the bride back for her bath. I was surprised to see the adorable cakes and learned they could be customized. I found one for a perfect addition to the wedding. A short time later, she returned with bows and perfect fur. Thank you for helping us turn the day around. Would give six stars if I could.

She had bits of debris and filth we couldn't remove from a normal bathing. I saw that RoP was open ON A SUNDAY and decided to reach out very late in the evening via the text option. I thought due to the late hour I wouldn't hear back until the following morning if I was lucky. Instead, my text was answered almost immediately. The owner, Ashley, was very considerate of our situation and was able to fit us in the following day. My husband took our sweet, scared little pup to her appointment and was greeted by Ashley and her staff. Even though my pup was very scared and peed on herself 2x, they kindly gave her a rewash and were patient with a gentle demeanor throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to take her back. Below are before and after photos.

We called today to inquire about booking, and the person who answered our call was very…read moreunwelcoming. They immediately informed us that they were booked through January, but just for future reference, we wanted to ask a few questions about their facility. Perhaps we would revisit in February or during our other travel dates, so thought it was appropriate to still ask. The person we spoke to was very short with her responses, unwelcoming, and we got the impression that she did not want to speak with us. It's unfortunate that we had this experience, as we live very closeby and had read many great reviews. Your website invites potential customers to call/contact regarding boarding and other services, but that was not at all the impression we got today. We were able to book with another facility in New Braunfels that worked with us, and even took a little extra time to find a spot for our 2 doodles. Maybe you will have a different experience than we did, but we will not be calling back.

I got to chatting with Shai about my dog's horrid shedding and bad experiences we have had with past groomers. She suggested I get an appointment with her so she could take care of it for us. I gave it a try. Gruene Gables is so clean and the staff is friendly. Shai came out to see what I wanted done with Max and took him back. It was nice for Max to see a familiar face, so that eased some of his anxiety about "dog places". A few hours later, Max came out looking like a new boy! I swear he was so clean he sparkled a little. Shai went above and beyond my husband and I's expectations! He has never looked, felt or smelled so good before (and none of that nasty perfume spray)! He even had a confident strut to his walk. I can tell he feels better and wasn't under much stress due to Shai and Liz being there, which made me happy. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be back!! These gals are the best!

Be aware that this boarding facility engages in deceptive business practices…read more The only way to make a reservation is to call them. During that call they will try to sell you a "play package", as an upgrade. They do not tell you on the phone, or on their website, nor do they mention it in their reservation email, that there is a mandatory Bronze "play" package added on for an additional $15. I declined any such services, because my dog was going to be there for less than 24 hours. Nevertheless, they charged me $30 extra. Furthermore, the "playtime" notes claimed that they played fetch with her. My dog does not play fetch. She is very possessive about the ball, so if you manage to get possession of it and throw it, she will gladly chase it to get it back, but she will not voluntarily give it back. I strongly doubt they played with her at all.
