She kept interuppting my groomer and wouldn't let me speak saying that I needed to listen to store hours for walk in. I tried to explain I didn't have a walk in and I booked online. Now I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this experience turned me off. Mind you there were appoint starting at 8am. I get it's annoying but I booked online and would've come back if they said they could start her at 10. it was the entitlement that she spoke with that left me feeling put off. They were handing out generous samples and promoting their natural dog food. I brought the samples home and the dogs gobbled it up. The product boasts whole meats, no by-products, made in the USA and best of all - FREE delivery. Not only do they deliver, they fill your dog food bin and haul off the empty bags. Dog food already in the bin, they rotate it to the top after they have filled with the new food. Now that is what I call service. They even gave me a complimentary food scoop and sample treats on their first visit. They take cash, checks and credit cards. If you are not home, just leave the bin at the door and they will fill it for you. They get to know your usage and call you when you might be running low to re-order, or you can call or order on-line. A 50lb. bag of Lamb and Rice is $50.50 a bag... much better price per lb. than those healthy store options. My dogs love it. I feel better giving them natural options. AND - I have my own personal delivery guy making my life all the easier. If you want to sample - call them and they will be happy to deliver a sample when they are in your area. Regardless, the groomers make me feel confident that they'll give my puppies love and attention. Quinn always lets me know how the appointment went, which is super reassuring . I went to buy a betta that was on sale for $2 and when I went to cash out at the register the lady said I could not purchase the fish(that they have living in a plastic cup on a shelf) because I did not have a heater and a heater would provide "a long life span". But when the fish sits on their shelf for months they don't seem too concerned about having a heater or a gallon tank.
