Within 45 minutes of initial call, Jose came to our Ocala home and found it was JUST a bad clog. He had it sorted and done with within an hour. Normally, I try to support local business and not call a MLM company. But, I have STILL yet to hear from the local guys, even the one's that I left messages with their emergency lines. It's now 5pm and taken care of when I called at 3pm! Jose was also VERY informative, and encouraged my 'shadowing' tendency and many questions. He also advised on how to continue to properly maintain my pipes AND septic. I will admit though, the gentleman over the phone told me the price would range between $65-$80 for the call and to do a clog, but it ended up being $160 for him to climb on roof and snake the drain. That price was...a bit higher than anticipated....but, I am just glad it's not my septic and it was JUST a clog. Thanks Jose!
