Right after a routine preventative maintenance of our HVAC, our amazing HVAC system broke. We love this HVAC and do not tax the system. It was working perfectly before the maintenance. Now we are sitting in a scorching family room with no HVAC and still awaiting response on how to fix. My family members have respiratory health problems and I am concern will end up with a respiratory exacerbation. We really hope Integrity Air will do the right thing here and not continue to ghost us

None of the workers took a luncheon break and worked until the job was completely done and the area cleaned up. Jeff was wonderful to explain the new system to me upon completion of the work, and provided me with the homeowner's information packet for future reference.
