I went in today to get a gel full set and a toe polish change. She did well with my toes but my full set was completely uneven. I told her before she applied the acrylic one finger was crooked she said she would fix it. She didn't she just tried to cover it up with 3 coats of polish. My nails aren't all shaped the same and she tried to blame the fact that. I've worked with customers before so I know it's nerve racking sometimes to please them 100%. She made a mistake but I don't think I'd come back or if I did it would not be with her. read more

They advertise a 10% discount with cash payment. I did not get my discount. When I called back, I was told you have to show the "coupon" by Heather. Well, there's no coupon and the reviewer stated she got her discount automatically. I tell Heather this and she backpedals and tells me she "actually forgot". I didn't know you can pick and choose who gets a publicly advertised offer. Truly feel insulted. Sorry, Heather.. you lost yet another client. Fair business practices is vital to maintain a full client list. I should've taken the empty salon (on a Saturday!) as a red flag.. They were quite busy but Heather was quick to inquire about what services I desired, informed me of the wait time, and was accommodating during my wait. I love coming here! The custom pedicures are wonderful. I love to do the hot stones with the lavender scent. They always fit me in or are willing to work with my crazy schedule and do an amazing job. I am very particular with the style I like of my nails and Delina knows how to shape the perfect skinny coffin nail. She is the best and guarantees all of her work so if I break a nail or it chips before it's supposed to she fixes it for me free of charge. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The pictures look better than the actual place it looks very cheap not as luxurious as the pictures make it seem. The nail technician did a terrible job with the shape of my toes to where they were too short to even correct the problem I asked for square like I have been getting for years and that's not what I received. Their gel colors are old and so the color you choose you won't truly receive because of the dated polish that has turned. If you want quality try another salon. read more

Came in for a pedicure and was put in a seat that wasn't attached to the base so I couldn't relax without falling backwards. Didn't know they had the DND polish which is my favorite so I settled for an Essie color that I am now regretting. I'll never return. Nails are decent, not a great job but they were okay. What got me is the lady at the front desk would not cash me out until I sent my tip via Venmo! I was already planning to send a tip, however I just needed to download the app - but she pressured me into leaving a tip and demanded to know how much I was sending. I gave this place a good rating 2 years ago before new management came. Now the place has gone down hill. The customer service just isn't the same. I'm gonna share 2 experiences that pissed me off over the past year I've been coming here. Depends who you get if they are cool and not obsessed over money. 1) I went in and when i get my stuff done I will usually get everything. Nails, feet and waxing. So she did my nails and pedicure and then tells me to come back to get my eyebrows? Because they are short staffed and she has somebody else waiting. I found it rude because anybody in customer service will tell you that you finish the customer in front of you first. I was FIRST! After that I started going to a different salon. 2. I came back because it's closer to my house but I got everything done again. This time I ask for a gel French manicure but two of my nails were shorter so she said she would put tips and I said fine because I get tips all the time but she then proceeds to tell me that she can't do gel with tips only dip powder. Which i know is not true because i get tips with gel at this salon and other salons. ALL THE TIME with no issue. Well i decline and she tells me she will just do dip powder on the two nails that are shorter. After i told her i don't like dip powder because i have had bad experiences with it. I just say whatever and she does this. After that she starts doing my French and I tell her i would like the pinkish natural tone underneath. She then tells me that this color will be 15 more dollars because it's a different color. Again i have never heard this here or at another salon and i have gotten French before. I tell her no and just get clear.... i go to pay and my bill is higher then usual. She charges for the dip powder that I did not want. I felt so pressured and like the lady was money hungry and trying to get money out of me the entire time. I was not happy, I will not be coming back and I've been coming here for years. Very unprofessional. I paid her and tipped her with no argument but Thats the last dollar they get from me. I don't like greediness and liars. Just en careful coming here. I have been a loyal customer of Natural Nail Spa well over 5 years. Their level of customer service is pretty descent but as of today I can no longer say the same. This morning I was running extremely late to my scheduled appointment for a pedicure and full set, due to my dental appointment running over. So I gave the Nail Salon a courtesy call apologizing and asking whether or not I needed to reschedule. Which I would've been fine with but was told I could still come in. Upon arrival, the technician escorted me to the pedicure area, I sat my belongings down and was told that I could place my feet in the water. In doing so the water was extremely hot, so she adjusted it for me. I was then handed a menu for the types of pedicures provided. I chose the Natural Spa Pedicure which includes a sugar scrub, pumice stone and callus removal, hot towel etc etc. The technician then proceeds to start working on my feet as I'm still trying to select a polish color. As the technician is finishing up and starting on the polish portion of my pedicure, I asked if she could swatch the color on my toe nail, so that I could see whether or not I liked it. In which, I did. The base clear coat was put on first and then two coats of the color I chose, which was a light orange. After the second coat had dried, she asks me what I thought. I told her the color looked a little runny and asked if she thought a third coat would help. So she proceeds to tell me that the color looks the way it does because my skin is "dark". At this point I'm thrown off by the comment she made. What does the color of polish I have chosen have to do with my skin tone? So I chose to ignore her and picked out a different color, which was red. Instead of the technician removing the gel color from my feet, she decided to put the red polish over the light orange color I had on my toe nails. When I asked whether or not she was going to remove the polish, she replied I can't. I asked again and she said she can't. I told her that I wanted the color removed. She caught an attitude with me and then says the only way she could remove the color is by soaking it off. I said, ok then let's soak it off. She wraps my feet in foil and then directs me to the area where I would be getting my full set of nails done. I sit down and she's rushing me to pick out a color. While doing my full set of nails she is being very aggressive. After my nails were finished, she polished my toe nails and I was directed to pay at the counter. The receptionist at the front counter was giving me the breakdown of my bill. Upon doing so there were fees added that I wasn't aware of, along with services that were not received in the pedicure package that I selected. I was not told that there was a color change fee and the pedicure package that I selected, I did not receive a callus removal. So, how can I be charged for a service that I did not receive as well as only changing the color of my polish due to the technician not wanting to add a third coat and saying my skin was dark for the original color I selected. This was all brought to the managers attention but she chose to vouch for her employee who was rude and disrespectful and denying the comment she made. She said she told me the color of the nail polish was too dark, which again was a lie because the color I picked out was light orange. So how does this make sense?Needless to say I will never come back to this shop. read more

NEW OWNERSHIP I have never once made a review until now. During the time I was having my toe nails filed, I was told while asking for shorter toe nails that, "it would've been better if you told us earlier." I absolutely love the job they did with my nails! I was desperate for a new set of acryllics and they seated me immediately and were very attentive to my needs. They talked me into getting SNS and I was really impressed with the time she took on my nails. While asking for my opinion, about my toes, I noticed the white lines were VERY uneven and asked if she could smooth it out--she blamed the shape of my toe nail. Never had a problem before. This is my regular nail place. I tried a bunch of places in the area before finding this place. I always love my nails. Ivy does a wonderful job, and she pays great attention to detail. The other people I have had are great, as well. My eyebrows have never looked better. I get a ton of compliments on them, even after weeks and it is time to get them redone. Heather is the best. I was in MD for work and needed my nails done bad- earlier that day my gel started to peel and I helped it and proceeded to remove it all- I turned to yelp to find something near the office and I was not disappointed. In fact if I lived in the area this would instantly become my new go-to nail salon! Heather was amazing! The salon is sparkling clean, very cute and smelled so nice inside. She gave me the best gel manicure ever- truly taking her time -2 base coats! 2 color and 2 top coats (im used to 1 base and 1 Top coat). She was warm, welcoming and we carried on lovely conversation. I have tried many nail salons in the past year since I have moved and this is by far the best! Everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean. I didn't get her name, but the woman who did my pedicure today was amazing. She took her time and the massage was awesome! At first I felt it was a little high priced for the more deluxe pedicures, but it was worth every penny. She also did my eyebrows and was so diligent with them.
