This place is ahit and miss. Will go somewhere different for a while. Like my nails.. however- My fingers are super sore due to having my nails ( tips) ripped off my nail beds. Between cutting and using a nail tip to remove my tip. Nail bed is less than healthy when they do it this way instead of soaking off. Never introduced herself, even through I did ask for her name. Just spoke to the nail tech in her home language. So was over charged for nails, and the service was questionable. My pedicure was like a teenager with out training did it. I asked for the basic pedicure due to time. I asked for purple and got blue polish. She clipped my cuticuls painted my toenails, rubbed oil on my legs in a haphazard way. I asked about the sugar scrub, the massage, the hot towel and lotion, she responded with " I did all that maybe you fell asleep. Here's the thing...the finished product is what I'm going to see/remember for the weeks after my appointment but there's a lot of factors that go into the experience of getting your nails done. 1) cleanliness- 0/5 are you putting yourself at risk for infection or fungus by choosing a certain salon? I swear half the brushes they used to do my nails were caked in stuff, the man doing my nails had something sticky all over his hands, and they were using acrylic powder out of one big dish and double dipping instead of using a different container and refilling. He also went to clean one of said brushes by dipping it in the monomer then "swishing" it on the bare counter that was covered in nail dust and clippings...eww. 2) was the experience pain free and socially comfortable - 3/5 Although I was greeted warmly and there was a limited language barrier sitting in complete silence with no music or tv is awkward (for me at least) also I felt like the man twisted my fingers in pretty uncomfortable ways. There was also no arm rest to put my arm on which wasn't pleasant. None of the process was actually painful though. 3) end product - 3/5 Now I don't think my nails look bad from a distance or in the pictures however they don't look great in person when I look at them. Several of the nails have color extending out of the nail bed to the side or on top of my cuticles, some are crooked, and some have little lumps. If I was paying less I'd *maybe* let that slide but they were 50$ without tip. All in all I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone or go back again. I confidently shared a review last week, but decided to take it down due to feeling uneasy. It has now been a week since I last had my nails and pedicure done at Natural Nails in Seguin. This salon has always been my top choice for nail care, pedicures, and eyebrows. I usually see two specific individuals there, but during my last three visits, they seemed quite preoccupied. Today, upon examining my nails and pedicure, I noticed that the color was completely changing colors.The individual who provided the services was extremely unprofessional, rushing through the job which was evident in the results. Despite requesting white polish for my feet, the color has already started to change to a tan brown. Similarly, the nude color I chose for my nails is also shifting to a tan brown shade. I spent over 100.00 for this experience. When I asked one of the usual female staff members to fix my nails, she agreed but only after my pedicure. She then informed the original nail technician that I was unhappy with the results. When I explained my dissatisfaction, he simply brushed it off filed one nail and claimed that they looked better. At that point, I had had enough and decided to leave. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after this incident, I believe it is time to search for a new salon. read more

I am new to the area and went here because the reviews seemed good. I am so disappointed. I have had acrylic nails for 25 years and this was the worst fill I have ever had. The young lady didn't even ask how I wanted them shaped and completely chopped into the corners so deep they now are pointy, this isn't even close to what I had when I walked in. The only way to repair them now is to cut them down to nothing and let them grow, or take them off completely and start over. I want to say I also had a pedicure and it was great. But I will NOT go back there again. At least you should ask your customer what they want before you ruin their nails. I spent over $100. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! read more

I am a regular at at Natural Nails and Pam is always so sweet. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows and she does it perfect every time. There is usually a line, but it is worth the wait. Went today to relax on my day off. I had Phu and he was distracted the entire time. Kept leaving and coming back. I thought about asking for another technician but just decided to keep my mouth shut. When he realized I was being critical of my nails, he started paying attention. I mentioned that my pinky finger looked crooked, and he got irritated so he started hitting the skin around my nails on purpose and throwing my hands and pushing them away aggressively. I expressed that he was hurting me and he completely ignored me. He was rushing through everything. I've had better crappy manicures before. Very very unpleasant experience. Went in today for an eyebrow wax and they completely ruined my eyebrows. I told her I like to keep them natural looking and full, I just needed them tidied up a little. I could feel her cutting A LOT with the scissors, which was very odd to me, but figured I'd let her do her job and just trust her. That was a big mistake. I was left with two tiny lines that look terrible. I know they'll grow back, but it's really annoying to pay for something that I'm not at all pleased with, especially when I gave instruction as to what I'd like. When I walked in they had one person in front of me I waited for 30 mins which was not too terrible and the older gentleman assisted me with my nail request He was kind at first but as time went on he began to flirt with me which made me feel a little uncomfortable I had a specific nail request nothing too fancy just fall colors and I'll insert what I expected pic and what I got pic down below anyways while he was applying the acrylic on some fingers he'd make sure to have it go all the way down to the cuticle bed and on others gave me a gap between the cuticle bed and the acrylic then when he was drilling to shave it down he cut me multiple times with the drill and on three different fingers when he started to apply the polish he started with the browns and they were nice and after we decided on a glitter polish and no problems there but my middle and pointer fingers were not the correct colors and don't at all come close to what I expected I would have said something right then and there but there was an old lady whom had been waiting for and hour and a half so I just stayed quite hoping someone else would have cashed me out so I could talk about it comfortably but that wasn't the case then when applying top coat he didn't go all the way down again so when I go home I noticed bubbles on at least 5 nails that's a whole hand so idk what to do the older gentleman also cashed me out and was making me feel uncomfortable once more he was watching the receipt to make sure I'd tip I was definitely disappointed read more

I went in with my visiting sister-in-law. I never go here, but my normal spot was closed and we had a special event. I had these nail polish design strips from color street. I wanted them to put the tips and clear acrylic on, then the polis strips...I loved the design...then the top coat to harden under thw UV light. The girl who was going to do my nails looked at them, then said she needed to ask the owner if they could do it. He came and told me they couldn't do it. So she's doing my nails and I look at my nail strips...HE OPENED IT AND TOOK TWO OF THEM! And when I asked about it they said it was already open. LIES!!! The way those strips are designed, if you open them you have a small window to use them before they dry and harden and you can't use them. It's not even the price of them, it's the principle of the thing. Also, why would I open them and only take out a couple? How do you justify stealing from your customers, then charging a price that's higher then why you quoted for the job that was requested? The nails were ok. My issue is stealing from me, lying about it...with a straight face...then over charging me. I paid what was quoted. I have had people tell me what I want is going to cost one thing, then charge me way more before, so I made a habit of having the conversation; this is what I want done. In this color, at this length, slightly rounded square shape. How much? Then I go to an ATM, and take out that much plus tip. Then when they charge me I tell them, you said it was gonna cost this much, so I took this much out plus tip. This is all I have. If you want to charge more, you're welcome to absorb your tip in the cost. I always end up paying what was quoted. I quit a job because of ethics, and it because of the owner's lack of ethics that I will NEVER go back. I'll do them myself or go without first. read more

I've been to this nail salon multiple times and only came out completely happy once. Today I came to get my acrylic set soaked off and a manicure. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I've done nails before. He let my nails soak for less than 3 minutes (not enough time for the acetone to break down the acrylic) and immediately started drilling my nails down. He went so far that it started to burn and I immediately knew he was making my nail PLATE too thin. He then went to cut the tips of the nails off and I immediately told him to not cut my natural nail because I prefer my nails long and he said, "no. It looks better short." Then he cut my nails down. He soaked my nails in water and started nipping at my cuticles. After this he dusted the dust off me with a big paint brush and grabbed some lotion and started the massage. This was the most rushed and unrelaxing massage of my life. He had the dust still on his hand so it was mixed in the lotion and was all over my hands and arms. He told me to go wash my hands and when I came back he put a clear coat on me and said go to the dryer. I told him I wanted a color and he said, "it looks better clear." I sat under the dryer and when they dried the clear was not shiny at all. It looked like he missed a bunch of spots and I ask him if I could please get a color on them. I also noticed that my nails were all different shapes and were very rigid on the free edge. He told me to pick a color out and he started painting them. He did two coats and then a top coat but didn't allow for them to dry in between like you're suppose to. He sent me back under the dryer and when they were dry there was a bunch of bubbles and lint stuck in the nail polish. I told him I wasn't satisfied and he repainted them. I waited for them to dry and they still were full of bubbles and all around not very good. I left with extremely dry hands from the acetone and water. He never put cuticle oil in my cuticles. I was going to remove them myself but wanted some cuticle care so I came here and I will not be coming back. He did not pull any of his drill attachments out of a sanitization solution (barbacide) and I witnessed him use the same drill attachments he used on me on 2 other people. This establishment is not only unsanitary they don't listen to what you want and they are in a hurry through out the service. They just want to see as many people as they can so they can make their money. I could have easily did this manicure at my own home. read more

I have been here twice and both times have been a disaster. They always try to up sell you by telling you your feet are horrible. They really push the $50 pedi. Even after I upgraded to the $35 pedi he says "you want this one right?" Showing me the $45 pedi. Again I say no. He then rushes through barely doing anything to get to the next person for more money. The next time again they pressure to up sell. I asked them not to use the drill on my toes but she said she had to and did it anyway. Again they pretend that you ask for the more expensive pedi. I asked for she to cut the toe nails a little shorter and she said they were short enough. On top of that, embarrassed, as the older gentleman that worked on my acrylic set pointed to my nails and laughed with another tech, mocked me and they both enjoyed a laugh out of that as well. I went in and asked for a full set, acrylic with shellac. He then tried to force the color acrylic powder, said it was better. I had to repeat I wasn't interested, I'd rather do the shellac (as it's easier to remove and change color). I also expressed that it was my birthday coming up so I'm trying to figure out exactly what i wanted. I wanted to add a different color but he then scolded me and said, "I'm already painting". He sighed several times and threw my hands around at everything I said, as if it was such an inconvenience. As my shellac was drying, I was so anxious and nervous to say ANYTHING, I paid AND tipped GENEROUSLY, because at the end of the day, he did perform a service, even though he was so negative and I now have to reconstruct my nails on my own and visit a different nail shop to repaint them. I will NEVER return and will include the photos of the lopsided, poorly filed and painted nails as well. For future reference, whatever his name is, work on your customer service and attitude, patience is a virtue. No customer deserves to be treated as an inconvenience. read more

I went to the salon as a new client; new to town. I've been wearing acrylic nails since 2009. I've NEVER had any problems with my nails. After walking into the salon the gentleman who helped me began to criticize the previous persons work. I didn't see any relevance to this as I wanted to remove that set and put a new set on. Rather than soaking my nails in acetone, he used a nail to basically break off my nails, acrylic and all. It was painful and he made 3 of my fingers bleed using this method. Breaking off bits of my natural nail. He put the new set not the way I asked. 4 days later a black fungus began appearing at the bottom of my nails. First 2-3 then all. I went to another salon to get it fixed, they had leave part of his acrylic on my nails because I basically had no nail left. The fungus had eaten it away and was a result of water getting under my nails. Poor workmanship. Fast forward 2 month later the part on the nail with the fungus is almost completely gone. I'm giving my finger nails a break, but this was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. read more

I absolutely love this salon!! I got my nails done today and Bi is amazing! Even through COVID, customer service is amazing. My ride was a little late so I was standing outside for a while. I'm not sure of his name, but a worker came outside and asked if I was okay. I said yes, that my ride was just a little late and he offered to open the store so I could be inside and get me a water. I had the bomb solar set put on and a fantastic pedicure done AT THE SAME TIME! Place is very efficient without cutting corners. Very personable people too. It was very clean as well.
