I wanted to try this salon seeing as I was new to the area and wanted a dip manicure. The guy who did my nails was eating food & smacking it the whole time he was doing them. The food he was eating and his breath also stunk. Once we got to a section of the nails where we needed to wait for it to dry, the guy started to clip his nails and two of his trajectory nails LANDED ON ME. He then proceed to cut almost every one of my fingers with the dremel. Once he was done he didn't even clean up my nails. There was leftover dip on all of my fingers and I got red dip so I left looking like I devoured a bag of hot cheetos. Terrible service and will never return. Wish I could rate 0 stars!!! read more

I came in needing a fill they gave me my fill but I was not satisfied so I had them fix it for me and I left feeling a little better about the service but once I got home and started to cook my shellac nail polish that is supposed to last 3 weeks was chipping off the next day I came back in to get a refund and they told me they don't give money back and made a scene at the end of the day this place lacks 0 customers service and they lie and they lack experience I will never ever be coming back to this location or setting foot near it! I was very dissatisfied with this salon. I had my nails dipped. It was a Poor quality effort by Stephen. There were rough patches that were not covered properly and they began to crack and chip within a week. I went back the day after to have him fix my nails but he was to busy playing on his phone to even look and another lady had to fix my nail. read more

I rarely get a pedicure done, since I have a small foot spa at home. BUT, I do treat myself to them from time to time because I LOVE the massages, the hot rocks, the paraffin wrap...hahaha! So, I tried Saigon out, took my own fun glittery polish, and chose my pedi package. It was great. Until I got home and changed my mind about the color. As I'm taking it off, I realized she had not put a clear base coat!! In less than 24 hours, my clean toenails had been stained by the blue polish! Damn. :( I had just gone without ANY polish on them, for 6 weeks, so they were clean and unstained. Ruined, by a professional salon too busy (or whatever excuse) to put clear base coat. Just got my nails done here and it was one of the greatest nail experiences I've ever had! All the staff were super friendly and my nail tech did an amazing job. He was not pushy and he was very gentle and made sure to tell me to let him know if I was uncomfortable. The wiener came around and chatted and was super friendly. They guarantee their work and are happy to fix something if you're not happy with it. They have a great bar and complimentary drinks! I can't wait to go back and have my nails done again!! read more

Horrible experience. "Bar" is sub par. If you like cold sweet white or sweet red wine only, this place is for you. Plan on having shots or canned soda, otherwise. The shellac pedicure was polished messily despite sitting for an hour for the "quick service." The dip nails are sloppy and I have powder and polish/activator that won't come off of my skin. Not to mention he dipped one hand an extra time and when I pointed it out he denied it. The tech said "all done" and told me to wash. I did. It didn't come off. He said "I'll do it" and started scratching my fingers. No thanks. Especially during a pandemic. I washed again and sanitized and got the hell out. read more

Sooo it gets two stars because the pedicure and massage itself was amazing. I asked for a design but the girl said she wasnt good at it. No problem, so while I was waiting on my toes to dry the owner was talking to someone next to me and I thought the topic was unprofessional and rather rude being the person I am and he was talking about how he doesn't give newbies a chance and that anyone under 35 wasnt professional and he wouldn't hire them. So I didn't want to say anything I got up to put my shoes on and leave that's when he spotted that I didn't get a design and argued with me about what I WANTED. I was tired and supposed to be relaxing before work so i stopped arguing, so they did the designed and rushed me because I needed to go, so it looks like I did it myself, I'm sorry but dont force people to do things they aren't comfortable with and dont brag about not hiring young people. I loved the pedi and might have come back despite the comments from the man who said he was the owner until they rushed me threw the design and argued about what I WANTED. please read this and make a few changes while your nail shop is still new. The outcome of my manicure and pedicure wasn't bad. But the experience was. The lady doing my pedi was sweet and did a good job. But the nail tech on my manicure was awful. He was on his phone the ENTIRE time while doing my nails checking an app. Then would get a text message, stop and respond then go show another nail technician the message. I was literally getting a fill and it took over an hour just for that. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal and I normally wouldn't say anything except for the fact that I only came here because I was given a gift card. So I drove 45 minutes out of my way and when I paid out he wouldn't accept the gift card because his computer wasn't working. That I would need to come back and use it for my next appointment. That won't be happening. Waste of my time and money, would've went to my normal place if I had known I wouldn't be able to use a gift card that was bought 2 days prior. read more

Unfriendly and over priced. My daughter had to get some crowns and a filling and she was so brave so she chose a pedicure for her treat. When we walked in I told them specifically that, but also stated that my mom and I would like a pedi as well and I wanted my nails dipped. The tech started on my nails which was quick but not exactly what I asked for, then she moved on to my pedi (never even asked if we would like to order a drink) which she did a great job on, however my almost 4 year old daughter had been sitting next to me waiting patiently for over an hour and this was supposed to be her treat! When we walked in we were the only ones in there minus one lady who was finishing up. As we got our service others walked in and they started on them right away mean while my daughter was still waiting! My tech finished up with my toe polish and I ran to the restroom while she got started on my daughter. I came out to my daughter asking her "why are you not using the water for mine??" Repeatedly. The tech did not answer and continued only painting her nails, then told me her nails were too small for a design ! I felt so bad that she waited so patiently and didn't even get her pedicure!...she did end up with a little heart on her toes but we will not be back! Before today I would have given this Nail shop a 10 out of 5 stars. Today I wouldn't even give it one. When they first opened my normal nail tech (at a different shop) wasn't working and I needed a fill so I gave Tree a shot. He did a good job, I appreciated the quick service and a nice new very clean place. Unfortunately after 2 days at the beach 4 of my nails had the shellac fall off. I figured black is a hard color to accomplish and it was kind of thick due to it being about 4 layers and a top coat so maybe they didn't cure properly (it happens). I had them fixed 3 days after going in the first time. Fast forward to this Thursday.. I called and set an appointment with Steven this time, great service, great drink, great nails! The very next day 4 nails lose the shellac, only this time it is a very light pink which only had 2 layers and a top coat. Again not an issue I left my son at daycare a little longer so I could go get them fixed after work. I went in and they were fixed quickly. Come today Saturday, 2 days after getting a new set and painted with shellac 3 of them come off. At this point it's still no big deal but I do have a job, a toddler, and a life that I would much rather not spend in the nail shop every day especially on a weekend. As soon as I walk in the shop there is a lady and 2 girls just checking in. I showed Steven my nails and he said to sit at chair number one and he would fix them after working on the customer he had. COMPLETELY FINE. I'm in no rush at this point. Tree who was sitting a few chairs down looked over and said something along the lines of "oh I'll do them for you this time so they will be right" then told me to have a seat at his table. I walked across the shop and had a seat, again no problem. As soon as he comes to work on my nails he says he will do a good job and they will be fixed. By now I don't care about the color and simply asked if he could remove the shellac from the remaining 7 nails and just put clear on them because I can't come back if they were to come off again in the next couple of days (Sunday's and Monday's are busy days for me). I'm not mad because I actually like having my nails clear. He immediately starts yelling at me telling me to stop being angry that he will fix it and paint them because I have already paid for the service. I tried to make it clear that I was fine losing out on the money because I can't lose anymore time by coming to the shop everyday. Instead he stands up and raises his already loud voice to accuse me of walking in and just having a seat skipping over the people who were there ahead of me (Steven told me to have a seat I wouldn't have had a problem with waiting). Because of his extreme unprofessionalism I asked to have a refund so I can go have my nails corrected elsewhere he told me he couldn't do that. When I asked who his boss was he said he didn't know who his boss was and he didn't have the authority to give me a refund. I then asked if I could speak to the owner and he again said he didn't know who it was. He asked me to leave his chair and I told him I would when I find out who I can speak to to let them know of the situation even if I don't get my money back he gathered his things and walked away. I had to get the owners phone number from Steven as I'm walking out of the shop with bare nails (not even a top coat) embarrassed because everyone in the shop was staring and I was being made the bad guy for their mistakes. When I called to speak with the owner all he could tell me is he would fix my nails (there is nothing to fix, I just want them to have a top coat!!). I will never give them my business again or recommend this shop as I already have multiple times in the month they have been open. I have had my nails done for over 10 years very steadily with just a few breaks to give my nails a break this is by far the worst experience I've ever had!! read more
