My nails are uneven and unlevel/lumpy. Kaitlynn was very kind and sweet but still very new to nails. I was also not given a neck wrap and had to pull another girl to request a drink. Usually at Frenchies in the Stone Oak area immediately get me a neck wrap and ask if I'd like a drink. Staff at New Braunfels really needs to be better about greeting and ensuring guests are being taken care of instead of the guests having to request for the perks that they offer like drinks or neck wraps . If you don't know my sister, let me tell you, that's a pretty big compliment. April was fan- wait for it -tastic! Believe me, this is the best massage you will get in New Braunfels.
