My only note would be that English is not the primary language of most of the providers and this can make for some communication issues. I actually hate to do this but.... The salon is very nice and the nail techs seemed very nice at first. I treated myself and two friends to pedicures. I even paid the $45 for the spa pedicure. My toenail were sharp with pointy sides. I like really light pinks which are hard to paint. The guy did a terrible job :( I will file my toenails myself now and I will probably remove this nail polish which is rough and bumpy. Mani pedis have gotten way too expensive to be this bad. Disappointed that after going back for the second time ever, my French tip began to peel off after less than a week. I went back to get it fixed and was told it would be $6 total which seemed fair. After thinking about it, I opted to have a color change due to the fact that my other nails were on the verge of chipping. I felt I should have been discounted significantly for my color change and wasn't. If my French tips were applied properly with sufficient coating, I wouldn't have been inconvenienced in the first place so I did not think that was fair. ****Lastly, the color change I got 4 days ago is already chipping. I now understand why this salon wasn't highly rated but I like to try some things for myself. I do not intend on going back to this salon.**** Recommend developing a policy to fix nails for free with receipt in a 5-7 day time span. This will hold nail techs accountable and encourage the nail tech to do a thorough job to minimize customers coming in for corrections. I know I'm not the only customer to experience this, during my 2nd visit a customer came in to get a chipped nail fixed too. I understand chips happen on occasion regardless of application, but two chipped nails back to back makes me deduce it's an application issue that needs to be addressed among the staff. Highly do not recommend this place! First time doing my nails after a few years and the nail tech did a horrible job that cost me $80 and did not last a week. So I went in to get gel polish on my natural nails (left hand) and had to get acrylic on the (right hand) because my natural nails broke. She did not treat my cuticles at all. After 3 days the nails were lifting and have been falling off on their own which is completely insane to me because I was looking forward to getting a regular fill after the 2weeks. A group of 4 of us came on a Monday. Upon entering, there was a sign that said that have a 10% discount on services on Monday's. So imagine my displeasure when upon checkout, I was informed that actually that offer is no longer valid. It takes two seconds to take the sign down, please do that. I pointed to the sign and the lady only said "oh." Anyways, the pricing here is strange to me. Let's look at the pedicures for example: Refreshing Spa Pedicure is $35, while the OPI Spa Pedicure is $45. I have never seen anyone charge $10 more because you choose regular OPI polish... what the heck. And you may say, oh maybe that's for gel. NOPE. I was charged $45 for regular plain OPI polish (shade: Cajun Shrimp hahaha). The manicure pricing ranges anywhere from $20-$65 and up. So be very very particular about what you're requesting and what you'll be charged upfront. I just wanted a polish change ($15) which somehow quickly changed to a Deluxe Spa Manicure ($35). Although I personally won't be returning, I do think that they do a good job on your nails! The other 3 people I came with all enjoyed their nails also. As I was paying for all 4 of us, I was in a bit of shock when I saw the final bill. So summary, they do a good job on nails but just make sure you double clarify the pricing. read more

My nail tech Judy did a excellent job and was friendly at all times, she made sure I was happy with my nails. I was in/ out in 1hr, happy customer!! This was my second time coming to this nail bar and I really like this place. I've never had to make an appointment with them before and you can just walk right in without having to wait. The interior is well kept up and very clean. They have a lot of colors to pick from and offer a wide range of services. I got a pedicure and they used a sugar scrub and lotion that smelt great. The prices for the pedicures start at $35 and go up from there. The staff takes a good amount of time with you and treats you with respect. I will be back! read more

Update 4/29/19: Apparently if you have two rescheduled appointments (NOT no shows, but literally calling to reschedule) you are no longer allowed to make appointments and will only be seen as a walk in. I will be finding a new salon, which is unfortunate. Don't bother coming here if you have a job, or ever get sick, or have anything that may come up. This is my new go-to in the area. Lisa is fabulous, Dang is great, and everyone there is super friendly. I have visited this salon 4 times now. I have tried giving it multiple chances. I always get SNS and that's it. They are very clean and nice inside. Overall I have found the most annoying to be the aggressive tactics on my nails. I have seen 4 different people and at each visit I have been burned while removing the SNS, and I leave with cuts from aggressive filing. And it's not that my fingers or sensitive because this does not happen at the other salon I go to. I have found that they also do not listen to what I want. One time I asked for rounded and got square. I learned from that time and asked for almond shaped and I got stiletto. Several times I've also seen the girls at the salon stand around and gossip about customers. Each time I say I'm not coming back and I do. This time I'm definitely not coming back. read more

I never give bad reviews on Yelp but I was truly dissatisfied with my manicure. The man doing my nails asked me if I wanted my nails cut down, I told him "yes, just a little bit please." He proceeded to cut my nails as short as physically possible and then filed them. If you've ever cut a nail too short, you know how painful it is. The filing job left my nails jagged, sharp and unequal lengths. The gel itself is bumpy and uneven, with lots of polish all over my cuticles and finger tips. Wow. At first I had high hopes because of the cleanliness and rules regarding social distancing. When I got in the back for my pedicure, I saw that the pedicurist was not wearing his mask correctly. He didn't wear it over the nose. He used the same towel on my legs as he used on his arms to dry his arms when they got wet. He scrubbed my legs so hard with the scrub and when he used the hot towel and asked if it was too hot, and I said YES, he still used it and it burned me a little. I'm just....wow.
