Outstanding #vegan food in a magical little location. If you're in Chattanooga, Atlanta, passing by on interstate 75, in Blue Ridge, etc., its worth the stop or the drive. Let's go #Datlon GA! The place is run by Dustin and his family. Locals that wanted to bring something special to the area, and wow, they nailed it. The space is a total dopamine booster. Zen, colorful, fun, airy, and bright. Oh, and its located in a super cool old building with a bunch of other neat shops and restaurants. Food is totally delicious. Everything is well seasoned, not faint, the flavors are there! Well cooked and presented beautifully. Fresh and unique. Love love love. This is one of those places where I liked the food more as I ate, a sign of great food with layers of flavor. #VeggieBurger $9 I love this burger. Nice char (which is rare for a veggie burger, well done!), not dry, terrific flavor, and fresh toppings. The veggies on top were thin-sliced, nice touch! You're gonna think its small when you see it, and it is. But the burger and the almond bun are dense and it packs a punch and will fill you up if you pair it with a side or two. I love that the burger is served with only mustard as the sauce, gives it a super unique flavor. However, while, again, the burger is not really dry, I do think a side of another sauce or the addition of another sauce on the burger (maybe as an option) could really take this burger to a whole other level. Do not be afraid of the almond based bun, I think its 100% a winner. Its dense, salty on the outside, rich and moist on the inside. I loved it. It does get a bit crumbly after a few bites, but just grab a fork and finish that baby off! Heartly Plateful $11 Delicious black beans that were not overcooked (again, rare, most places cook them to mush). Not soupy, fresh and yummy. Some seasonal sauteed veggies, cooked well and seasoned beautifully. Perfectly fried potatoes, crispy, salty, to die for! The veggies and the beans we are tad on the cool side when served, the only real negative during the visit. Oatmeal Sandwich $5 OMG, just get it. Ridiculous. Probably the best I've ever had. Yes, in Dalton GA, outstanding vegan fare. You really should go!

The food was great, the almond buns are amazing so good even if they fall apart a bit, the raspberry tea was great too! My girlfriend got a low sugar and carb drink that was banana flavored that was so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Not to mention the mill around the restaurant was beautiful to look around.

A great local Dalton restaurant/coffee shop! Every time I come, the food is fresh, healthy and delicious! I've ordered multiple lattes and coffees here as well. While the coffee drinks may be a little over priced (my large latte was $9), they're still pretty good! Be sure to stop by around dinner time and try some of their delicious cocktails as well, I highly recommend the blood orange margarita!

Was definitely trying to find somewhere to eat that offered a menu with fresh ingredients, and we sure did find it! Native Kitchen is located in The Mill, which is basically an indoor shopping center with a cluster of small businesses and a few places to dine. I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the Native Kitchen. Even with the concrete floors and brick walls, it really wasn't abnormally loud. The staff was friendly and able to answer any questions or give recommendations. I really hope I have a chance to come back and explore more of their wonderful menu. They offer a lot of vegetarian/vegan options and their entire menu is gluten-free! You'll find sandwiches, bowls, salads, and sides to choose from. They have a cafe menu as well as a drink menu also. I chose to get the Southwest Salad ($11) and I added chicken for a few extra dollars. They give you the choice of either shredded or grilled. I very much enjoyed the grilled, it was cooked well and wasn't dry or over-seasoned. It was just the right amount of lunch for me. I also got an iced Honey Cinnamon Latte ($5). Altogether I spent $20 and would have no problem throwing that much down again, I was very impressed and walked away from an empty plate feeling more alive than before. (I'm sure the coffee had something to do with that).... My friend decided to get the "Ya'll Nachos". So yummy. I don't give 5 star ratings very often, but I could definitely see myself being a regular if I was a local.

Ok, so you literally cannot go wrong here! Close your eyes and point at anything on the menu and you wont be disappointed. The only downside is that you cant eat everything on the menu in one sitting, lol! Please do yourself a favor and treat your body well at the same time.

Thanks to Yelp, we found this place that we otherwise would not have known about. It is a bit off the highway (about 8-10 minutes) and I had my doubts that the directions were going to bring us there - the road was dark and it didn't look like there was anything resembling a business establishment. But then The Mill Mall popped up and Native is one of the eateries/shops in this converted mill. Bright and airy with lots of green plants and nice music playing. This place is a vegan and vegetarian heaven and while there are not many choices for carnivores, they do serve breakfast all day which made my husband happy. I ordered the quinoa power bowl with garbanzo beans, roasted carrots, tomatoes, kale and a cilantro avocado dressing. Honestly I expected a bowl with all the ingredients mixed together but it was very delicious and satisfying. Glad to add my five star rating to the others!

Such a cool place, great service and excellent food. A bit hard to find but located in The Mill. I had the Superpower Bowl with a Lemon Tumeric tea. My husband had the Peanut Butter Sweet Potato with an iced Charcoal latte. Both were absolutely amazing. Hard to imagine a sweet potato with peanut butter but it was delicious. Wish we had a place like this in Tallahassee!

This is..the cutest place I've ever been to. Ever. Food-Delicious Cobb salad, Vegan Nachos and wonderful flourless brownie Drinks-Cocktails for days! Perfect for a meetup after work! Coffee/Tea-Lavender Honey Iced Latte is to die for. Being from South Florida, I was skeptical at first. But, Dalton needed this place. It was OUTTA this WORLD!

We tried a few items from their beverage menu, including the specialty Churro Iced Latte, Mango Smoothie, and a Horchata Milk Tea. Each drink was well done and I liked the variety. I can be indecisive, but the descriptions made it easy to choose. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy, despite the large space. It had a relaxing vibe, smelled great also. The baristas were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a solid line of customers within a short waiting period. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail regarding the espresso-to-milk ratio. As someone who is caffeine-sensitive, it was great that the barista mentioned the amount of espresso in my drink, so that I could adjust it. My husband appreciates that you don't just get a cup of "milk" when you're ordering a larger latte. It's a win-win. The Mango Smoothie was also surprising, my daughter loved it and she is picky! I had a little bit and liked it as well. I also decided to try the Horchata Milk Tea, just in case I didn't make it back, and I'm glad I did.

I didn't have dinner last night so I decided to get a breakfast sandwich opted for the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel... All four of the things were low quality the bagels, tiny the sausage and egg are for sure. The smallest I've ever seen in my life. There is a half of slice of American cheese on it definitely don't I also wanted, but apparently they don't have that so I got an Americano, which is fine but it just seems like the type of place that up charges you everything and you'll be spending lots of money for low quality dot I guess the service was OK. I don't know if she was shy or not but didn't even say hellojust stood there and I ordered. Still looking for a good breakfast place in Dalton, Georgia. I'm editing this after taking bites out of my sandwich... This is literally the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I can't even eat it. If I could give this place lower than one star I would.

Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !
