Did you know that there is a precious coffee and lite breakfast/lunch spot inside the library? I got an Americano - it was really good too. We were hungry for lunch and thanks to Yelp, I knew we could order food. We both got the chicken salad on a croissant. Also very good. What I was delighted to learn was that we could get a local favorite cinnamon bun at Wolf's Den too. I've heard that the Cinnamon Grove booth at the Lafayette Farmers' Market sells out all the time. More good news, the charming barista, he turned out to be the shop owner Baelyn ! AND Baylyn sells his delicious coffees, mugs, teas and flavored sugars at the same Farmers Market. What a fun lunch and a wonderful find! Today, I went to buy a few gift cards. I met local customers Deena and Jude. They came to Wolfe's Den three years ago when a grandchild apparently smelled the chocolate doughnuts. Deena and Jude told me that they've enjoyed everything they have tried here! If you, like me are trying to "buy local" and "support small businesses" ~ Wolfe's Den is gonna be your spot too! Don't you love finding new favorite places?
