By far the worst storage place I've ever had ! I've had for 3 months , maybe been there 3 times in…read morethat whole time and today I was locked out of my unit and told I had to leave the property because I had my dog with me and all of a sudden it's in my lease that my baby chihuahua who is a very very obedient, well trained service animal that you can't even tell he's with me ever cuz he's so quiet and well behaved and so small . So in order to get into my storage i had to leave my dog in the car or have someone leave work to come get him for an hour which also means he would be away from me and not able to do his job, leaving me at risk medically. Mind you I signed my lease while I had both my dogs with me not just the one and they had treats in the office for the dogs and gave me a bag when I asked for so I could pick up the poop cuz I left my bags in my truck. So how does a lease I signed then all of a sudden change without my knowledge, forcing them to be so rude with me and my surface animal to the point where they locked me out of my paid storage till I follow rules in my lease.... Unbelievable! Than tell me I can not be there longer than 2 hours and once the hour and a half mark passes(90minutes) - the employee was then at my storage door telling me to start packing up that I needed to get out of there. It was time to go and then would come back every 10 minutes to make sure I was ready to leave at the exact two hour mark - 120minutes to unload a huge house I just moved out of - impossible! How to keep my U-Haul another day pay the extra money cause I was not allowed to be there longer than two hours. And two wrap everything up with a cherry on top. My unit completely flooded when it rained today to the point where everything in my storage that was on the floor was soaked ruined or has to be washed, cleaned or thrown away cuz there was so much rain very quickly ! They had to have known that it was going to flood like that ! It was not their first day of that location that had ever rained. They have been there for years. Knowing that exact unit had to flood like that frequently and still sold to me .

I was there near closing time a couple of times and saw what was certainly people going to units to sleep for the night. The staff is not honest anymore. Moved all my stuff to another corporate storage place and am happy to be done with them. If you're going to pay high rates you might as well be in a place that's modern, professional and not mouse infested. It's sad to see what happens you don't have local ownership any more.

Initially, our experience with Public Storage was positive. We called ahead, explained that we were…read morelooking for a longer-term storage solution, and signed up during a promotional rate. Before committing, we specifically asked whether rent increases happened immediately due to the month-to-month terms, as stability in pricing was important to us. We were told increases were not very frequent or extreme. Unfortunately, by month four, we received a 50% rent increase. While we understand that periodic increases are part of the business model, a jump of this size felt excessive, especially given the expectations that were initially set. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service when we attempted to discuss options. On-site managers were unable to negotiate pricing or offer solutions to retain our business. Calls to customer service were frustrating--we experienced disconnected calls, difficulty reaching someone with authority to help, and were told managers were unavailable with promises of callbacks that never occurred. As a customer, I did not feel valued or treated in a way that aligns with the company's stated commitment to service. It felt as though significant effort was made to attract new customers with promotional pricing, but little effort was made to retain loyal paying customers once rates increased. We understand businesses need to adjust pricing; however, we were disappointed by the magnitude of the increase and the unwillingness to negotiate, especially when there are comparable alternatives available at more competitive rates. Due to both the pricing experience and how we were treated throughout the process, we will not be continuing with this facility and would not feel comfortable recommending it to others. It is unfortunate to lose trust in a company over what could have been resolved through better communication and customer retention efforts.

Nothing happens at that site Delores doesn't know about. She's on top of cooler maintenance (for climate-controlled units) getting them regularly serviced/cleaned, makes sure the grounds are spotless and pest free. (Never saw/smelled evidence of rodents.) Customer service, facility management: 5 out of 5 for Delores. The Storage King units (Coca Cola Dr.) were the best quality for large drive-up/climate-controlled storage I found in the Orange Grove, Thorneydale, Cortaro area. (Looked into four facilities May 2024.) SK for site/drive-up unit quality: 5 out of 5. Always felt the facility was safe and secure: 5 out of 5 Regarding rental rates: my contract with SK began June 28, 2024. Oct. 28 rent was raised 20%. July 1, 2025 - 39% - I concluded the lease at this time. Considered leaving at the first rate hike, but stayed 8 months longer because moving is a hassle, because of the excellent customer service, and unit quality. If it wasn't for the agreeable relationship I had with Delores and facility quality I would've vacated by Nov. I realize insurance, taxes, utilities, like everything else - has insanely increased. Still, these rate hikes were just too much for me. The solution is to minimize - to not keep any thing that ends up being stored. Far easier said than done.

Whenever an issue came up it was dealt with immediately. The facility is easy to access and I felt that our stuff was secure. Twice we lost our lock key and both times staff took care of cutting the locks off. That was embarrassing. When it came time to leave the staff made the process simple whereas finding a new storage facility in a new state was fraught with issues. Special Note: staff member Kyle was always outstanding and a pleasure to work with. He never failed to help us out. In summary, we were happy with our association with Ina Freedom Self Storage.
